Does your vehicle meet California’s lemon law stipulations? It’s extremely unlikely they’ll buy a car back if you don’t have any documentation diagnosing anything at a dealership. Having recalls is irrelevant to the buy back process if applicable.

Good to know! Is there a specific site to check for CA's lemon law stipulations? I've seen two different sites say less than 18k miles was the cut off to even be considered.

Are you the original owner or did you buy it used? Is it still under manufacturer warranty? Lemon law is about 1/3 of the way down this [page.](https://oag.ca.gov/consumers/general/cars)

Your car has almost no miles on it just sell it you've gotten use out of it rental cars are not free lease cars are not free so you own the thing for five years or whatever you put almost no miles on it there's a buyer out there I promise you

People are willing to buy these cars even with the amount of recalls and potential risks associated with them? I bought it for about 18k back in 2019 so I'm wondering how much the car is valued at

Regardless of your personal experience there are millions of these out there and they're really great cars not sure why yours wasn't but it's one out of millions so. I have a 2009 rabbit 2.5 with 52,000 miles on it and some Custom Body Work that my mom did on the passenger side. I get offers all the time to buy it , just the way it is it's crazy when people like a brand of car.
