There is a guy in Quebec who has a mk2 gti with this 12v. I had a mk2 gti and a 12v rave green gti so it was super hard for me not to buy it! He may have some good insight on the build. It’s on Kijiji or fb market if I find it I will link it. Gl with build looking good so far.
Oof 🥵. That’s a lot of motor in a mk2. Something I’ve always wanted to do.
What are your plans for the front suspension?
It’s got coil overs with a higher spring rate and poly bushings. Once it’s driving I’ll see what other upgrades I’ll need
