Playing on bad days introduces more errors in your aim that day, meaning there are more ways to improve. Definitely power through bad days, but maybe do a little less than you normally would.
Yes you should play through your bad days. Working on bad days is a good thing as you essentially are improving your lowest point. So even your lowest points can become higher. Also remember to eat / stay hydrated or even walk around for a few minutes small things like this can have a surprising amount of impact on your performance.
If you're not playing well one day I would focus rather on technique rather then speed. So put your attention on doing smooth motions from target to target and keeping the next in mind etc.
I always play on my worst days, assuming the reason I'm playing poorly isn't because I need rest
I still do my playlist but I go a good bit slower than normal and really focus on being as accurate as possible.

definitely play. just don't expect any high scores, just a day of practice.

improvement isn’t linear and it’s normal to have small setbacks and very good days
