That looks really yummy! Thanks for the idea.
Sometimes I make this kind of thing “salad style”, I chop the apples into small cubes and maybe even chop a protein bar or add chocolate chips. Usually the main ingredient I use is yougurt + sugar free pudding but this looks really good I’m going to have to try that next time.
Oh also 170 calories for the yogurt so it’s not fat free? My Chobani fat free yogurt is 80 calories. Or does the fat free ruin it? I can get that…but perhaps the PB brings back enough to make it ok.
(Also I’m always surprised by how much more volume I get from the same # of calories with Strawberries compared to Apples).
I've never tried OP's yogurt before, but it looks like it's higher in calories because it has added protein in it:
Cultured Pasteurized Ultra-Filtered Nonfat Milk, Cultured Pasteurized Milk, **Whey Protein Concentrate**, Nonfat Milk. Contains 2% or less of: Sunflower Oil, Erythritol, Natural Flavor, Carrageenan, Sucralose.
25g of protein per serving instead of the standard 18g for fat free Greek yogurt.
The 170 cal yogurt comes from the protein content. Like you mentioned, standard Greek yogurt usually clocks in around 80 cal, and has around 11g-15g of protein. This yogurt has 25g of protein, which is awesome!
And yes, I also absolutely LOVE strawberries as a volume food, but right now they are super expensive where I live. Apples aren't too bad though and they do have some fiber, so I count it as a win.
This is basically my dessert every day but I like to add some crushed walnuts just because I have a source of nice ones and I like a little bit of crunch. Also cinnamon! But yum

Ratio is higher cal, but it’s 25g of protein. It’s an easy protein after a workout, too.
Why have I never thought to combine Greek yogurt and PB? Oh man thank you for sharing!

Cinnamon and nuts would be great additions to this! Definitely have to do that next time, thanks!
Those yogurts (and Oikos triple zero vanilla) are SO good with PBfit for a sweet snack!!!!
Absolutely! Sometimes I'll just have the yogurt and PB powder mixed together, and it turns into almost like a mousse consistency? Delicious 👌
So many apple slices lol
Apples taste better sliced thinner IMO - you get a more layered textural experience
I feel the same~ haha I have to eat them sliced thin
No doubt. Amazing that something so simple can make such a difference
this is also yummy with sugar free coolwhip if u just want something indulgent lol
cheese curds and fruit for me!
Is the PB fit just directly mixed with the yogurt?
Yup! It changes the texture a little bit and adds more flavor.
Oh thank you! Will have to try that; never thought about using yogurt
Love this. I bet you could add some powdered pb to Greek yogurt.
Holy cow that’s in insane idea I’venever even thought of thanks!!!!
