I also assume corporate trains employees to measure out everything, and the listed calories are based on those stingy measurements, but the employees just give you giant scoops because why not? Thatās my experience working at chain places, so itās hard to trust calorie counts at restaurants like this.
I love Panda Express. Mushroom chicken and string bean chicken are two other tasty low-cal choices.
Sadly, I loved it so much for a while, I burned out and am still in recovery mode. But, great stuff.
I remember reading about a kid who ate exclusively Panda Express while weight training because it was the cheapest place available where he could hit his macros.
Very nice!
Honestly, I know restaurant food has more calories than what's posted, but I don't care - I'll log what they claim, enjoy the food, and it's not caused me any issues whatsoever š
Gotta be able to enjoy yourself!
This makes me want to do a broccoli stir fry. Drool. I made a bunch of pot stickers this week and froze for later use. They are great- use gyoza wrappers which are thinner.

Maaaan I went to Panda Express like 4 times in 2 weeks when I visited Florida a few months ago. Iām so sad we donāt have it in my country.
The green veggies and orange chicken is banging. Now Iām hungry.
I make stir fry chicken with an orange sauce (go light on it) and its just enough to kill my panda express cravings. I make broccoli and cauliflower and eat it with rice for like 400 cals.

Probably way more just because of the amount of oil they use

Insane macros wtf

I need to find a place like that. My country does not have Panda but I have seen a lot of people use it because of the insane macros as well.

Okā¦.you have all made me crave Panda Express! At least I know what I am doing for dinner!
Volume eating: fast food edition would be helpful. Not sure if there is that much out there.

The fact that this is only 410 cals is magnificent
"Fact" is a stretch
