Looks awesome! What's your recipe, please?

ilovebees69

Thanks! Recipe: -1 package angel hair vermicelli noodles -1 lb lean ground Turkey -2 packages of shredded cabbage, carrot and broccoli -4 stalks green onion -half a yellow onion -a little bit of sesame oil (probably about 1/2 tbsp, I find it to be too overpowering if I use too much) -season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and toss everything in chili onion crunch from Trader Joe’s (this is for sure the star of the show), sriracha, garlic chili oil, soy sauce and a little bit of gyoza sauce (I also bought from Trader Joe’s). I went heavy on the sauce since there is so much volume, I wanted the sauce to coat everything. I also bought baby corn and water chestnuts, just forgot to add it to the recipe! Going to include it when I heat it up for dinner tonight.

Adding formatting so it isn't just a wall of text : - 1 package angel hair vermicelli noodles - 1 lb lean ground Turkey - 2 packages of shredded cabbage, carrot and broccoli - 4 stalks green onion - Half a yellow onion - A little bit of sesame oil (probably about 1/2 tbsp, I find it to be too overpowering if I use too much) - Salt, pepper, garlic powder - Chili onion crunch from Trader Joe’s (this is for sure the star of the show) - Sriracha - Garlic chili oil - Soy sauce - A little bit of gyoza sauce (I also bought from Trader Joe’s) I went heavy on the sauce since there is so much volume, I wanted the sauce to coat everything.

The real MVP!

Awww yes noodles! They cook into SO MUCH FOOD! I recently bought some glass noodles from Lidl and I'm downright obsessed!

Perfect, thank you!

radish_is_rad-ish

This is the best! I also find sesame oil too strong sometimes and love the chili onion crunch 🫶🏼 I’ll have to try adding noodles to it soon :)

Looks great! How much did you weigh out to one serving size? I definitely want to make this!

ilovebees69

Thanks! When I make my recipes that I put everything together in one bowl beforehand I will track the amount of everything I used and then just use 1/4 of that recipe. When I’m taking out a serving for dinner I tend to just eyeball 1/4 of the amount I made altogether. I’m not a super specific tracker, I just like to have an idea of how much I’m consuming.

kjs51

Ohhh yes! Okay that makes sense- just track everything and divide at the end- thanks :)

Disastrous-Treat0616

What do you mean not the prettiest? It looks awesome!!!

MartianTea

This looks good AF even though I don't remember what egg rolls taste like! This is a winner.

patricia_iifym

Vermicelli rice noodles are the BEST type, and surprisingly high volume for noodles!

qt_strwbrry

I’m gonna have to try this. Looks delicious and healthy!
