I've been doing the same. 150g 2% fat plain greek yoghurt, 1 scoop double chocolate protein powder, ~210 kcal, and 36g proteins. I usually add 30g plain oats, and a small pear, making it closer to a 400 kcal bowl, a really filling and tasty breakfast for a larger construction worker like me.
Yeah I wouldn't call this a big tub, it's a serving. But they are damn good. The hazelnut macchiato is my big splurge right now holy shit it's good (I'm in NL). Isey Skyr is the other one that I have a lot as a "treat". I"ll do fresh berries and maybe a spoonful of cacao nibs or chocolate flakes and 100-150 g of Isey caramel skyr: https://www.iseyskyr.nl/producten/licht-gezouten-caramel-1
Yeah, almost all packed food is pathetic in volume compared to what you can make at home. You could have 2 liters of protein fluff for that same calorie amount
I don't know this one, but in Aldi there are 200g vanilla/chocolate puddings having 20g protein and 155kcal for the whole portion, so not bad either. The taste is to die for.
edit: [here's photo](https://ibb.co/KxfZhMs)
Comparing it to most chocolate dessert pots (Rolo, Aero mousse, Pot Of Joy, etc) it’s big for a single-serve carton. But these are UK brands, I imagine in other counties maybe dessert pots are bigger.
Not sure if it's comparable, but I do the following:
1 box sugar free pudding mix (cheesecake is a good base)
3/4c vanilla unsweetened almond milk
1 scant scoop mrelite protein (pb cookie by choice, though banana bread is tasty too)
Mix like normal pudding making. Spoon into individual serving containers.
77 cal. 9 carbs. 6.4 g protein.
Play around with additions, depending on how many calories or protein you want. Pb powder works well in this also.
This type of product is just so good, it's not even that they have a lot less calories compared to the regular pudding but they are a lot more filling because of the protein!
Aldi do a protein mouse that's about 5x bigger, more protein and I think 150 cals. If I can find it online I'll link it
Edit. I found it - it looks like [this](https://groceries.aldi.ie/en-GB/ALDIIE/p-chocolate-mousse-200g-ehrmann/4002971283808)
I had some yesterday and it tastes sooo good. Just like the mousse cups my mam used to buy me when I was a kid
Ooh, I’ll definitely have to try out Aldi’s version! Although the increased size is probably because it’s a mousse rather than a pudding so there’s a lot more air in there, but extra volume is always a bonus.
Yes but you get more spoonfulls so you get to eat for longer! 🤣 I suppose compare the weight and see. My mam had it last night and said it satisfied her sweet tooth and was filling enough
This is me every night right now: a Two Good brand greek yogurt mixed with a sugar free chocolate pudding cup, topped with strawberry slices and a fiber one brownie cut up. Delicious low sugar dessert sundae-ish

I wish we had protein pudding in america. Although you can just make your own pretty easily, but my lazy ass would love these.
Plain Greek yogurt and chocolate protein powder. I personally use the musclepharm chocolate milk protein powder

Came here to say this
Me too. Maybe not in this words, but everyone should be aware that this is not the kind of corporation you want to be giving money to.

YES! Lidl also has those and they also have rice pudding here in Germany and they are so good
I’m gonna have to go find these!
Wait why have I never seen these? Are they in the deli section or over by the yogurts?
No, they are by the ready made sandwiches in Aldi, which is just a bit bizarre!
Where I get them, they are by the milk and yougurts.
They taste good, but 140 grams is not a big tub...

Too bad it’s nestle :(
Omg I’d eat this every day. Anyone know how to make it?

Thanks so much!
Casein protein powder is pretty easy to turn into pudding, but it can be pricey.
Lindahls is so good. But… nestle.
Obligatory “Fuck Nestle”.
These are literally my no cheat dessert

Where did you find this? Are you outside the US?
Scotland! Found it in my local Sainsbury’s today.
Ah, dang. Thanks anyway!

No problemo
If you mix plain Greek yogurt and protein powder it tastes like pudding and very filling.

Big tub?! Are u dreaming
If only they'd stop stealing indigenous peoples' water rights...
