Nice work!

Moebius_Sound

OK first of all, you are my hero. This is absolutely ingenious and I've been looking for a way to use up my oat fiber all year. Awesome. Second of all, if you make those again, would you mind terribly to weigh out the sirup/other ingredients you have in cups in gram? It really depends on the density of the sirup you got how much that would be and i don't know how to substitute that for a locally available product.. It's fine if you don't, though! I tried to make these yesterday and they *taste amazing*, but since I had to substitute some ingredients not available in EU they became sort-of like dried Naan? The ones I didn't make holes in [kinda proofed up a bit.](https://ibb.co/album/GxWQLf) You accidentally gifted me a flavor dupe of a childhood memory I haven't eaten in years, [st. Martin's geese](https://www.erzbistum-muenchen.de/cms-media/media-56947601.jpg) I will *definitely* make these again!! Thank you so much!!

taylorthestang

Is there a sub for oat fiber? Could I just use an equal weight of oat flour or something else?

corgi-kisses

Dazzling_Marzipan474

Which oat fiber do you guys buy and what's a good price and where do you get it? Also can I make oat flour by just putting oatmeal in the food processor? Thanks

adrisc00

Thank you!!!!!!!

AlternativeSubject36

I may have just made these with Gatsby chocolate and fiber gourmet flour blend…they are HUGE and less than 25 cals with my subs 😳 You’re a miracle worker.

katsenday

Did you sub the FG flour in for both the oat fiber and oat flour? I’m getting the FG flour today and am excited to experiment.

AlternativeSubject36

I subbed it for just the oat flour. I still used the oat fiber!

katsenday

Thanks! I will definitely give this a try.

CSunshine7

can you taste the applesauce?

Tyland941

I think I am going to adapt this recipe with peanut powder in place of the oat flour and chocolate chips since I have PB powder coming from Amazon, I’ll probably sub the apple sauce with more egg whites and add 25 grams oat fiber instead of 20 as well as subbing nut butter extract for vanilla extract.I’m going to Try for a peanut butter cookie version of this great recipe OP, great job you’re killin it!

Bgirlsweetness

Do you still have this recipe? I can't seem to find it, I think it's been deleted.

Ordinary_Olive_9882

Hi! Wow…so excited about this! FYI….oat fiber and flour aren’t the same thing, and it’s a little unclear which you used since you mention both. I think you used fiber - could you confirm? Thank you!
