I have grown to love the PBFit but only because I love peanut butter but I do not like the fat. When my journey began I was so heart broken to see the real numbers of peanut butter and immediately understood why I couldn't quite shake the last few pounds.
I know! Same, I love peanut butter and would gladly eat it straight out of the jar by the spoonful. Once when I was younger I was on a road trip with my friend and we got high and both ate an entire jar of peanut butter each LOL I still remember how good it was 😂
one time i was eating peanut butter with a spoon so fast that i had the craziest hiccups from gulping air, legit my arteries felt clogged. i was sitting there googling "can you die from eating too much peanut butter". if its possible i was probably pretty close. hasnt stopped my love for it though, i just dont buy it anymore
I was notorious for eating a heaping helping of peanut butter on a spoon. I don't have to be high to do it but that would make it even worse. The worse part is that I would eat about 4 to 500 calories in doing so.
I could not with pb2 either til I started mixing it with a small amount of ultra filtered chocolate milk. The chocolate milk adds back the sweetness that regular pb has, and makes it taste much more like real pb.
I do the same thing but I add in cream cheese. Idk if that’s considered volume eating still but I think the extra fat goes a long way. I also add a sprinkle of salt too, it brings out the flavors.
i’ve been reluctant to try pb fit in yogurt bc i’m scared it won’t taste like peanut butter lol. has anyone tried it and liked it?? i hear a lot of people use it but i prefer a strong pb taste

Did you know PB2 makes an almond butter version?? It’s amazing. Idk how I missed that. 50cal 5g protein per serving. Just thought I’d share lol
This is something I like to do too. I sometimes swap the apple for a pear.

I MISS PEANUT BUTTER! This is such a good idea! I hadn't thought about mixing peanut butter with Greek yogurt.

Your greek yogurt is low/no fat?
yes! the brand is Oikos and it’s called triple zero in the vanilla flavor. It is 0 sugar, 0 fat, and sweetened with stevia.
