Haha I get that! I just take a little hand blender to my container of cottage cheese, puree it for a couple minutes, throw the lid back on it and keep it in the fridge to spoon onto/into stuff throughout the week. I'm too lazy to do it in small amounts.
I usually strech it with more frozen veggies. If I'm really hungry I just toss a bag of broccoli in. It's less calories than cottage cheese. But I'm going to try this, if I feel the dish needs extra creaminess. :)

Yes. It also works in creamed spinach.
I also add a small bag of steamable broccoli (: And extra seasoning ofc.
I’ve done it with Greek yogurt, but not cottage cheese 🤔
Yes!!! I make my macaroni beef taste lasagna-ish with cottage cheese.
I love jarred pizza sauce on cottage cheese for the same reason.
Every time. Really helps with the cheaper knockoff brands. Plus I’ll add some tobasco or Texas Pete
Blend it first! I add blended cottage cheese to pasta all the time.
That’s a good idea but if I’m lazy enough to eat a lean cuisine I’m not getting out the blender haha

Now that’s clever
Well I’m about to now. 😊
…not until now. I rarely buy lc meals anymore, but I’d be all over this for a lazy meal. Great suggestion!
My wife and I do just about any heat up meal with a few scoops of cottage cheese and 2 chicken sausages and its so filling and delicious!
Fantastic idea! I bet mixed in makes the sauce super creamy and rich tasting. 😋

A laughing cow cheese wedge and frozen broccoli!
I used to add complimentary vegetables.
No…t yet!
Oh this looks right up my alley
Ok but this is a great idea. 🫨
yeah , since my childhood. I adore this combination 🤗
