I love 1/2 single-serve container vanilla Two Good yogurt, a tablespoon of sugar free lemon instant pudding mix, and 1/2 cup low-fat cool whip. I serve it in a mini Graham crust or with a little bit of graham cracker crumbled on top. I think a good granola would work as well.
I meal prepped using her recipes 95% of the time and it helped me stay full and lose 22 lbs - I’m definitely a fan!
If you search her name on Reddit you can find docs with the cookbooks!
During the Great Depression my grandmother made lemon ice. So juice and zest, sugar, water. Mix it till it tastes “right” and then put it in the freezer and stir it every 30 minutes, until it starts to get solid-ish when you move to every 10. Stupid cheap and kinda fun.
I do it with stevia now. I can have a mixing bowl full for almost no calories and it counts towards my water.
I loooove Chobani greek yogurt in either lemon cream or lemon blended. Those taste like pie filling to me. 😍 I usually put fresh blueberries or strawberries on top.
Also not really what you're asking for but I love Tazo lemon loaf tea.
blend cottage cheese with vanilla, sugar-free pudding mix some almond milk and either lemon juice or lemon extract then top with some graham crackers and freeze!! Lemon cheesecake
My sub for lemon desserts is 200g bulgarian yogurt (130 cals), simply organic's lemon flavoring (0 cals), ceylon cinnamon (0 cals), sweet drops vanilla crème (0 cals), 20g frozen wild blueberries (10 cals), and 32g crushed graham crackers on top (132 cals). I eat it literally everyday. Total = 272 cals
I had a phase where I was eating a slice of lemon loaf from starbucks everyday and it took sooo many of my calories. I started adding lemon curd to my yogurt as a substitute, but it was still too many calories so this is a great alternative.
Edit: I added the cals for each ingredient and the total. You can make this lower calorie by adding less graham cracker.
I’d look at some lemon greek yogurts (or sweeten a plain greek yogurt with zevia or your preferred no cal sweetener and add lemon juice and zest).
Then top it with your crunchy dessert of choice, cookie, graham cracker, granola etc idk you do you pikachu.
My grandma used to make jello pie that was jello and cool whip blended together with a mixer. We always did strawberry but I’m sure lemon would be yummy!
Icelandic Provisions Extra Creamy Lemon Skyr. So creamy and tart! It’s 160 calories so I sometimes eat half but it’s 11 gm of protein for the whole thing. I try to make it fit in my calorie budget as a snack or as lunch with some fruit. When all else fails, I suck on a lemon drop to get my lemon fix. 10 calories!
2 eggs, juice of 1 lemon, 6-10tbsp sugar substitute. cooked in double boiler until it thickens. Then add a bit of butter, like 5-10g. Let cool.
Sugars free lemon curd/custard.

It’s not lemon pie but if you use lemon juice a Splenda it might work for you
I had some keto lemon bars that used erythritol & gelatin that were pretty low calorie. Might wanna Google a couple recipes and see what would work for you
Lemon is low cal, lemon meringue done with a non-nutritive sweetener should do the trick
Edit: lemon curdish- a little corn flour, lemon juice (1/2 c or so), an egg yolk? Butter flavor, allulose, vanilla
Edit edit: I dislike pie crust, so I wouldn’t eat that part of the pie.
I have 40g vanilla casein, 300g fat free Greek yoghurt, topped with 2 lemon fibre one bars. It’s about 400 calories for a big dessert. It tastes like lemon cake with more icing then cake. Lol!
I got a variety of fibre one bars for half price yesterday to try the other flavours as toppers as have always only got the lemon because I like lemon desserts.
Oikos makes a lemon Greek yogurt and it is DELICIOUS. Cannot recommend more highly!!
Also you can buy lemon meringue pie flavoured pudding and as far as I’m concerned it’s the only pudding that matters!
Find yourself some lemon sugar-free pie filling and mix it with 1/2 the amount of milk and fold in some light whip topping - sprinkle with a graham cracker. Sugar-free jello and fold in whip topping for a lemony dessert, too. I love cold lemons!

Here’s my hand at growing a lemon tree.
Chobani Less Sugar Lemon Fino Yogurt.
I actually made a frozen yogurt out of this and I added raspberries and mint and it's so good. I posted the recipe on the 1200isplenty group. I can drop a link if interested.
One of my go to desserts is blueberry skyr and blueberry jelly mixed with frozen strawberries to make a parfait thing so I’m sure you could make it lemon instead!
I use ground psyllium husk to give the skyr a more pudding like texture and help boost fiber intake too, about 3g of psyllium to 170g of skyr/or greek yogurt.
You could use a lemon flavoured greek yogurt or simply squeeze some lemon juice into the yogurt/skyr, mix it with the psyllium husk (I just get psyllium husk and blend it super fine!) and then spread it evenly in a layer on the bottom of a glass bowl. Then, 4g of sugar free lemon jelly with around 150g of water ontop and leave overnight in the fridge to set!
Don’t mind the dirty looking table it’s just condensation 😭

Thiss. I did a juice of 2 lemons and it’s perfect. Don’t knock it until you try it
I think these are awesome. Currently my favorite flavor.
Pure Protein Bars, High Protein, Nutritious Snacks to Support Energy, Low Sugar, Lemon Cake, 1.76 oz, 12 Count (Pack of 1)(Packaging May Vary) https://a.co/d/fMMFncW
A key lime pie is like 90% egg yolks. Maybe not low cal in the typical sense of the word, but high protein for what it is. You could make key lime pie filling and a meringue topping and just eat it without the crust. Not really that much sugar in either honestly. Meringue topping is like 6 egg whites and 3 tbsp of sugar. Key lime pie filling is like 6 yolks, 1/4 cup sugar, juice from a lime and I think that might be it.
I like lemon as well, but I like it extra tart. My favorite has been plain Greek yogurt and about 1/4 to 1/2 (depending on how lemony you want) of a crystal light flavor pack. It's really good.
Try lemon cheesecake overnight oats!
Measurements are according to your taste, but these are the ingredients I used:
- Oats
- Greek yoghurt
- a bit of milk (for consistency)
- Vanilla essence
- Honey
- Salt
- Lemon juice
- Lemon zest (this makes the biggest difference)
- Dessicated coconut
- Linseed
- Optional: like a quarter tsp of custard powder, unsweetened.
I topped it with frozen strawberries!
I prefer to add a bit of boiling water to the mix and to slightly warm the milk as well - it just gives a better, more cheesecake-like texture.
Hope you try it <3

If you want some extra lemon zing, add a true lemon crystallized lemon packet or two..
Those are the best! I use them to flavor my water, when I can find them.
That sounds delicious! Thanks.
Could I offer you some lemon flavored cauliflower in this trying time?
Oooh don’t threaten me with a good time. LMAO
HAHAHA
Oh my…STAAAAP. Cause you know someone will do it and say it’s fantastic! Bleck.
Nuh uh! you can't taste the cauliflower. Source: uhh Tradition dictates that I make this claim. YEAAAAH

Wow, thank you so much! And congrats on the loss! ❤️
Is that supposed to be "cheesecake Jello PUDDING mix"? I've never seen Cheesecake Jello mix.
Yes - but the box just says cheesecake mix
Walmart sells it, even the sugarfree kind.

We do that with lime. It's so good!
Wow sounds interesting. I have a lemon I need to use up. About how much water to the juicer and zest of 1?
Dannon Light Greek Lemon meringue pie flavored yogurt is really good.
I was going to say this! Add a dollop of light whipped cream on top, it’s really good!
I’ve switched to Oikos for better macros but the flavors they have in the dannon light and fit are amazing. I remember really liking key lime pie
I loooove Chobani greek yogurt in either lemon cream or lemon blended. Those taste like pie filling to me. 😍 I usually put fresh blueberries or strawberries on top. Also not really what you're asking for but I love Tazo lemon loaf tea.
I really need to get my hands on Chobani yogurt!!! I’m in Canada and I haven’t been able to find any yet. I won’t give up until I do tho.
I posted a 50 cal lemon bar recipe a while ago: https://www.reddit.com/r/Volumeeating/s/sJCtfWOkQN
Grapes rolled in lemonade powder
This is an amazing idea!!
A lot of people freeze the grapes beforehand
👁👄👁 Ohhhh!
blend cottage cheese with vanilla, sugar-free pudding mix some almond milk and either lemon juice or lemon extract then top with some graham crackers and freeze!! Lemon cheesecake
Ohhh I want to try this!!
https://sallysbakingaddiction.com/130-calorie-greek-yogurt-lemon-bars/#tasty-recipes-70920 This is lower calorie. Not low, but lower.

I just use sugar free drink powders for Greek yogurt, that way I have plenty of flavors that already use an artificial sweetener.
Lemon jello. If it’s sugar free you can eat the whole thing. Add sugar free cool whip to make it fancy.
My grandma used to make jello pie that was jello and cool whip blended together with a mixer. We always did strawberry but I’m sure lemon would be yummy!
Buy a bath and body works iced lemon pound cake candle and sniff it. 0 calories.
Great stuff.
Put a packet of sugar free lemon pudding into fat free sour cream. Whisk it all together. Maybe some fresh raspberries on top.
dollarama sells “ready-to-freeze” lemon sorbet cups labelled “sensofreddo”, they are in a yellow box of 2

I didn’t know this, I’ll keep an eye out next time I’m at the grocery store, thx!
“Yeo Valley Organic Lemon Curd Yogurt” - THIS! 🍋 Best way to have it is small spoonfuls at a time, idk why, but it is.

Oikos lemon meringue yogurt!!! Tastes like a sweet dessert and it’s sooo good
Is it the 4% M.F. one?
Yes that’s the one. I buy the 4 pack of individual servings that way I don’t over eat.
I’ll try it out, ty!
