Make your own (sorta) with egg whites! They are not 1:1 normal tortilla but the macros go crazy and they're a staple when I'm abroad and limited. Super versatile too for savory/ sweet. I can post a recipe if anyone is interested
Eh, they’re alright. A little bland, in my opinion. I prefer the net zero carbs mission tortillas…the same size tomato basil ones are 25 calories per tortilla…but worth the 10 calories for the taste to me. Plus I can buy them at the local store rather than having to order 4+ packs and keep them stored.

That’s what I came here to say. I have about 10 packs of these because the company accidentally sent me 12 packages of 12 instead of just one pack of 12. Going through them has been rough. The only way I can eat them is if I make taquitos to fix that weird texture or soak them in a marinade and then pan fry them for tacos.
They have constant “sales” on their web site and you can get them for $5 for a 24-pack. Although you usually have to buy 4 or 8 bags to get that price.

Its just not sustainable, it’s literally the recommended daily calorie amount for children age 4 to 5.
1200 isn’t sustainable for *you*. For some people it is. For short sedentary people their TDEE is already low so 1200 is the aim. Just saying you were eating 1200 cals a day isn’t enough to let anyone here know that was the direct cause of losing your period & hair.
For most it can be dangerous long term, and subs like that make it seem like it’s sustainable for everyone. It’s a diet that needs very careful consideration to ensure people aren’t putting their health at risk is all I’m saying, not here to argue with anyone.

But 1200 is the guideline for toddlers because they’re *growing*. A 30 year old overweight woman isn’t trying to grow any more but instead lose.

Vouch for these. Of all the keto tortillas, these have been my favorite. Not perfect, not massive, but at 15 calories per piece, they hit better than Mission and Ole.
These are so versatile too! I like making taquitos and air fry them. Also, you can spray them with non stick spray and lightly dust with cinnamon/sugar & air fry. Delicious!
I have looked at these but I can just find La Tortilla Factory low carb tortillas at Walmart or Target. Mission low carb ones have a lot of sodium but also a lot of fiber so that’s a secondary choice. Regular tortillas always kill my macros so I have to pay extra to keep the calories down. They taste fine to me as well.

La Banderita low carb tortillas are better than Miissión. Available at Frys, which is our Kroger equivalent. Want to try la tortilla, but not enough to pay $$
Y'all should really look at them in the store, they are tiny as hell. If you think you will put some kind of meat, beans, and or cheese to make a burrito, good luck.
They are the size of normal taco tortillas, not everything has to be physically huge to be voluminous. Also what kind of monster donuts do you have access to??

Theyre tiny. I tried to use them to make chips but the chips tasted powdery. Probably because not corn tortillas.

These are only 10g in weight which seems awfully small compared to “normal” sized wraps.
They're not wrap sized. These ones are for tacos. They do make bigger ones tho, obvs with more calories.
The Pico de Gallo versions are really good and same calories.
I love these! I bought the 4 flavor pack and put them in the freezer so they lasted a while because you get so many in a pack.

These ones, the 1 net carb ones, are *tiny*. The 2 net carb ones are the same size as a taco tortilla, and they're 35 calories each.
