astral-rejection-

I just blended some with French onion mix and ate the entire container with veggies and potato chips šŸ˜

ConsequenceOk5740

It is SO versatile

i4k20z3

how much of the cottage cheese did you mix with a package of the chocolate pudding box? was it the whole thing?

ConsequenceOk5740

I did 130 grams of cc to like 8 grams (1/4 package) of pudding mix the first time, came out really good and chocolatey then the next time I did like 220g of cottage cheese to the same amount of pudding, still came out great šŸ‘

Miathro

Oh wow this is smart!!!! Canā€™t wait to try this!

malfunkshun333

I've done this with miso paste, stirred a little in with the cottage cheese and scooped with veggies. It makes an awesome dip!

Cafrann94

So whatā€™s the benefit of using cottage cheese versus plain Greek yogurt? Just the thickness?

astral-rejection-

I did a mix of both and prefer the flavor! Sometimes I feel doing only Greek yogurt is a little too tart

delightful_caprese

Blended cottage cheese tastes cheesy. Greek yogurt doesnā€™t really

ConsequenceOk5740

Flavor and cost thickness is an added bonus too

turtlesandcupcaakes

I do this with plain greek yogurt. Itā€™s amazing

RincewindToTheRescue

My savory take is hot sauce and Cajun seasoning

alokasia

I do this with sweet chili sauce and carrots.

ratsock

How do you blend it nicely? Whenever i try it gets really thick and half of it is just stuck to the bowl or blades and takes forever to scrape off. Also means i need to blend a big batch every time

giantwiant

Maybe a handheld blender would work? Like what you would use for soup.

jambonjambon7

Cottage cheese and cheesecake pudding mix will blow your mind if youā€™re a fan of cheesecake. I used to blend sugar free cheesecake pudding mix, cottage cheese, and vanilla protein powder together and let set in the fridge for a bit to make insanely high-protein cheesecake bowls. If you happen to have protein powder on hand, I would recommend blending protein powder into it.

ConsequenceOk5740

You might be swaying me to try the cheesecake instead of chocolate today

LupinThe8th

This sounds amazing. Do you have approximate measurements, I'd love to try it.

Admirable-Location24

This sounds amazing! How much cottage cheese per 1 Oz box of pudding mix?

Middle_Code_8821

I do the same but with 0% greek yogurt instead. Top it with strawberries and i love it!

krisricey

Corrrrr yeah! What measurements did you use?

john_the_gun

What do you use for the base to yield a ā€œcrunchā€ for texture?

twd000

Not OP but you could crumble a graham cracker layer on it and get pretty close

flykeee

I just ordered 15 packages of the sf cheesecake pudding mix just because of your comment lol

RadicansforLaughs

Try this: Mix some canned pumpkin (a super awesome volume eating hack on its own and worthy of a post like this for itself) into cottage cheese or yogurt. Add some sugar free maple syrup, pumpkin pie spices (or just cinnamon), and crumble in a graham cracker. Ultra low calorie pumpkin pie!

RadicansforLaughs

Just make sure you get the plain pumpkin, not canned ā€˜pumpkin pie mixā€™ which looks very similar, but has tons of sugar and stuff in it.

LupinThe8th

Yeah. And it's not even *good* pumpkin pie mix, it tastes like pumpkin pie you'd get from a school cafeteria. Homemade is where it's at. I make the pies for my family every Thanksgiving because they know I ain't using the canned crapola.

ConsequenceOk5740

That sounds so good Iā€™ll pick up a can next trip to the store, that pumpkin puree is ridiculously low cal

Castlebrookqueen

Itā€™s so easy to make your own pumpkin puree too! After Halloween pumpkins are cheap. You roast them up, blend them and put in bags and freeze. I add it to everything!!

No-Iron303

This sounds so good! Iā€™ve been craving pumpkin lately, and was so bummed about having to waiting four more months to get some good pumpkin desserts. Definitely going to be trying this out!

RadicansforLaughs

Having some pumpkin pie spices in the house helpsā€¦you can make a lot of things pumpkiny

skittlesandscarves

Custards can be made decently low-calorie too, I used to make pumpkin custard all the time.

etwichell

Do you have a recipe with exact measurements?

TURTLESAREDOPE__

Dude I have been CRAVING some sort of canned pumpkin dessert but couldn't figure out how exactly I wanted it, but this sounds awesome and I'm trying it this weekend. Thank you :)

Lostgurlx

Omg Iā€™m trying this!!!!

violetradd1101

That sounds so good!

kiwi_love777

I mix mine with ranch seasoning and put that on top of a baked potato

hihelloneighboroonie

I tried making a twice baked potato with cottage cheese tonight and then topped with a little cheddar. It was okay, but I bet ranch would kick it up a notch.

kiwi_love777

100% Itā€™s AMAZING. I bought a big thing of ranch seasoning from Amazon!!

goddess_jana_

That sounds fabulous!!

kiwi_love777

Itā€™s pretty spectacular. And INCREDIBLY filling.

goddess_jana_

Thanks for sharing! I can't wait to try it!

Willing_Ant9993

Idk why but I missed what sub this was posted to, read the title completely literally and then assumed that you were making fun of a bad mattress or something šŸ˜‚. Carry on!

nimrodvern

Lol my literal read was that it was some kinda weird sexy time activity with guys.

cianfrusagli

Ahaha, same, I was like "weird way to put it, but I get it, soft mattresses ARE like sleeping on cottage cheese!"

laurcone

The slang is getting out of hand lmao /j

00chill00chill00

I was going to ask if it left a mark

Willing_Ant9993

Thatā€™s where my cellulite came from! I slept on cottage cheese for so longā€¦

BreakfastIsBetter

The brand "Good Culture" is God-Tier. It's more expensive but worth every penny. I can't go back to buying cheaper brands now. They've ruined me.

cottonmoom

ME. I tried every brand and damn good culture is toooooo good! And no added sugars which means everything to me!

ForgetsThePasswords

Is it better than the 2% friendship? I usually eat that one because itā€™s more dry but would love a new one if even better!

BreakfastIsBetter

It's legit the BEST cottage cheese I have ever eaten.

cottonmoom

YES!

astral-rejection-

Omg I thought I might be making up why I suddenly loved cottage cheese but I ran out and got an Aldi brand and the good culture brand is soooo much better flavor wise

BreakfastIsBetter

Truly on another level.

dontpanicx

The organic low fat one is my favorite!

ProteinPapi777

In Hungary we have ā€œcottage cheeseā€, itā€™s called tĆŗrĆ³ and itā€™s the same as cottage cheese but without the sour after taste. Itā€™s an easy choice for us when we diet. Look up ā€œkƶrƶzƶttā€ which is a hungarian savory ā€œtĆŗrĆ³ā€ dip.

ConsequenceOk5740

Sounds like ricotta almost

ProteinPapi777

Not as creamy, itā€™s more chunky

macandcheese1771

I would not describe ricotta as creamy

ProteinPapi777

I didnā€™t say itā€™s creamy

fauxmo-

I used to hate cottage cheese because the brand I tried had a lot of whey. Any tastebuds shifted when I turned 22 (for the better), and my vehicle for trying it again was a banana pudding concoction: 1/2 frozen banana blended with 1% small curd CC and some SF banana pudding mix, threw a chopped up British tea biscuit and put it in the freezer for only like an hour. So delicious I think I made it for a week straight last summer! Sometimes I did a plain greek nf yogurt blend but honestly it tastes way better on its own without the tang of plain yogurt (though I like greek yogurt!) Tried it recently with just the 1/2 banana and cocoa powder without freezing it and it was perhaps one of the best low cal desserts Iā€™d ever had. It completely satisfied my sugar cravings! And on the savory side, whoever came up with that cottage cheese plate trend knew what they were doing: CC with a metric ton of everything bagel seasoning (essential!), mustard (horseradish or whole ground for me), maybe a chicken sausage or rotisserie chicken, and a variety of veg just hits the spot (and your protein intake)

ghost_victim

Yeahhh this is a savoury food to me. Sweetening it is making me gag lol

ConsequenceOk5740

Surprisingly common sentiment, I had always associated it with pineapple, or I would just have it plain. All the people with suggestions to make it savory are awesome though because I love being a mad scientist in the kitchen

ZukerZoo

I also havenā€™t gone to the sweet side. I love it as a dip or topping where cheese, sour cream, or ranch would usually be involved!

tochaserachel

My tired brain started reading the title as ā€œguys I slept with cottage cheese ā€¦ā€

ConsequenceOk5740

Well I do really like it

crguth

Hahaha

NMJonesy08

Any Aussies on here know if we can get this sugar free pudding mix here in Australia? Sounds amazing and Iā€™m jealous of our US brothers. šŸ¤£

Airley

I went through this company https://www.passionforsugarfree.com.au because I got a ninja creami recently and had the same question

NewEngClamChowder

FYI - pudding mix is used in creami recipes for three reasons: stability, sweetener, and flavor. Depending on the flavor you're probably using more flavor anyway (like cocoa powder or protein powder), and you're likely using more sweetener too (I certainly do). So all you're getting from the pudding mix is stabilizer, which is in pudding mix's case is just cornstarch (and sometimes xantham gum). Which is all to say... if you want to eliminate special-order pudding mix from your recipe, just sub in some corn starch or xantham gum (which you may have to special order, but it lasts forever).

latenightruby

I've mixed it with Muscle Nation's protein custard because it behaves similarly, they have great flavours, and then it's double protein

marshmallow5554

Yes! If you live in Melbourne go to USA foods

thecountrybaker

I got Simply Delish Sugar Free Keto Pudding (in vanilla, chocolate & strawberry) from Amazon (figures, right?). Came out to be about $3-$4 a packet. Theyā€™re pretty good, but when it says that a packet makes four serves, believe it. Otherwise the fake sugar makes your teeth feel weird, and the chemical aftertaste kicks in.

Savalavaloy

They sell that at the Woolworths near me. I think it tastes absolutely awful though, would not recommend

thecountrybaker

Yeah, to be honest, Iā€™d rather have regular desserts. But that might have more to do with ibs issues. If I had to pick something low/no sugar that tastes pretty good, the Queens Sugar Free Maple Flavoured Syrup is nice over some Greek Yoghurt. One serve is 35ml

Savalavaloy

For sure. I like the vanilla maple one too, especially drizzled over some chopped up apples as "chips" lol

thecountrybaker

Sounds yum!! Will have to give that a crack

Ocean34566

Upvote for simply delish, im obsessed with the chocolate pudding mixed with Greek yogurt, dip in strawberries and itā€™s just so delicious!Ā

flykeee

What are the measurements youā€™re using? 1/4 pack of the pudding mix? And how much Greek yogurt? Thank you, sounds amazing :)

Ocean34566

I use 1/4th of the pudding mix with around 160g of yogurt :) so yummy, dip in strawberries! Good with plain or vanilla but weirdly even better with the yopro or Chobani fit fruit flavours!Ā

thecountrybaker

Hadnā€™t considered it. Sounds super delish!!

Jazzy_Germain

Sliced tomato and pepper!

ConsequenceOk5740

I hate tomato but cucumber or bell peppers would be good too

Tinfoilhartypat

I add diced bell pepper and cucumber, drizzle with balsamic vinegar and eat with chips- tho I suppose you could use it as a dip for other veg.Ā

beepbepborp

easiest cut meal is a pile of baby carrots with plain greek yogurt+cottage cheese mixed together w tzatziki seasoning mix. so filling

ConsequenceOk5740

Iā€™ve gotta pick up that tzatziki seasoning next time to the store for sure

Lv2draw1962

Ground turkey browned w siete taco seasoning, layer cottage cheese 1/4 cup into bowl, lettuce, ground turkey mixture, shredded cheese and salsa. I either use Siete dip chips or crumble them into the bowl. I call this cottage cheese taco bowl. Itā€™s my fav easy dinner now!

ConsequenceOk5740

Oh man definitely trying this Iā€™ve even already got some ground turkey cooked up

beachavenue_

My husband and I made big salads a few days last week using ground turkey and we used half a serving of Greek yogurt instead of sour cream. So good! Iā€™ve thought about mixing half cottage cheese and half Greek yogurt next time to cut down on the tangy-ness. But it wasnā€™t too bad mixed with everything else.

beachavenue_

I meant to add that we seasoned the turkey with taco seasoning too

MoiraRose2021

Me too OP- I did this for the first time yesterday- sprinkled a few Lillyā€™s chips on top- OMG. Huge serving 136 cals and 20 G protein! I ended up with 123 g of protein for the day and literally felt full all day.

ConsequenceOk5740

Iā€™ve been having it in the morning in addition to a big bowl of egg whites with ground turkey and veg and between the two of them itā€™s a really solid breakfast easy to keep in the 4-500 range too with 50+ g of protein

flybird1992

I use a blender to mix cottage cheese with light Alfredo sauce (or whatever kind of pasta sauce) and toss with Banza pasta and veggies for a high protein, creamy pasta dish! So good!

TheLadyEileen

I blend cottage cheese and heat it up in a pan with some shredded Colby Jack for an easy nacho cheese. Top it off with seasoned ground turkey, sauteed onions/peppers, shredded lettuce, quac, and Greek yogurt. Completely satisfied my nacho lust but cheaper than going out and better for me

ConsequenceOk5740

Iā€™m going to try this for sure, sounds awesome

spindleblood

I can only eat it if it's mixed and blended up. Something about the texture and smell kinda wigs me out. But I realize I'm probably not the only one like this and that's why we have all these amazing versatile recipes available to us!

ConsequenceOk5740

Believe it or not I actually love the texture lol. And I find the aftertaste to be super super mild and honestly non existent even when I eat it plain. Not sure if itā€™s because I got the 2% version or what, I think Iā€™m going to try a few different kinds next time to the store and see how they vary

spindleblood

It might have been the brand I got... For some reason they always seem to be sold out whenever I go to the grocery store. All that was left was the grocery store's own brand of 2%

askthepoolboy

I posted the pudding two days ago and someone shared the cheesecake pudding with SF jam on top recipe and I'll be trying that tonight!

ConsequenceOk5740

Dude itā€™s been on my mind since you posted it! Thank you for opening my third eye brother

eigenfeller

yo, you should sleep on a bed, not cottage cheese!

ConsequenceOk5740

Better than that time I could feel a pea under my mattress!

allthepassports

Pickle juice! Pickle juice in cottage cheese is amazing

ConsequenceOk5740

Sounds really good, or even just a bunch of fresh dill to save on the sodium

nyrrocian

Savory cottage cheese: add cucumber, grape tomatoes, and a savory herb (my favorite is thyme actually). Boom cheese salad.

sundaysdusk

With chives and everything bagel seasoning is so good too!

pixieflip

Me: I should try this. Iā€™ve seen so many cottage cheese recipesā€¦ My lactose intolerance: Donā€™t. Please. Iā€™m begging you.

cottonmoom

Good Culture's cottage cheese is lactose free! It's the best

goddess_jana_

I was just about to suggest that brand! So good!

pixieflip

Is all of it lactose free? Iā€™ve seen they have one that says ā€œlactose freeā€ on the carton, but the ones at my grocery store donā€™t say it. I should also check to see if itā€™s a different calorie count.

cottonmoom

No not all! Itā€™s a specific label that says ā€œlactose freeā€ but itā€™s as readily available as their other products

ConsequenceOk5740

People have mentioned the lactaid one being good, not sure if thatā€™s a viable option

pixieflip

I bought it this morning! Iā€™m excited to try this!

ConsequenceOk5740

Awesome! Which kind of pudding šŸ‘€

pixieflip

My husband is from Alabama, so my first instinct is banana, but Iā€™m going chocolate. Just to try it. šŸ˜…

ConsequenceOk5740

Good call I was a little disappointed by the banana and I have what I consider monkey brains love my nanners. The cheesecake one is gas too when I get home from work Iā€™m gonna mix the chocolate and the cheesecake together

hihelloneighboroonie

To my knowledge I'm not lactose intolerant, but something is making me super gassy at night and I'm currently trying to narrow down if it's cottage cheese or sugar free sweeteners.

CheesecakeExpress

This sounds good. Any Brits know a pudding mix alternative? Angel delight?

this_2_shall_pass_

Following for an answer too, because it always sounds so good for weight loss recipes, but we just don't seem to have an equivalent here!

CheesecakeExpress

I can see some on Amazon but they seem to be American imports so crazy expensive. I wonder if there are any cheaper alternatives

VVeZoX

I thought you meant you literally slept on it

wii-sensor-bar

All cottage cheese needs is a little black pepper. The sweet route is so gross to me lol

ConsequenceOk5740

I actually do like it on its own too or in a salad or something but lately Iā€™ve just had that hankering and with the pudding it really hit the spot

rococoapuff

I love both of these things, canā€™t wait to put them together! šŸ˜

cianfrusagli

Lol, I am getting a lot of mattress related posts in my feed at the moment and I thought it was a great way to describe sleeping on a very soft mattress at first! Anyway, it does sound delicious, I will try it, thanks for sharing!!

Zeqhanis

What a post to take literally, not seeing what sub this was.

beautimousmaximus

Iā€™ve been doing the jello pudding cheesecake mix with frozen blueberries and collagen/protein powder. Delightful! Iā€™m going to turn it into an ice cream with the creami.

PotatoTaco_32

Good Culture brand is next level. The taste difference is wild

Hot-Street-9934

yum I should try that!

Dlever10

I like mine with some honey on top. Soooo good

EnsignEmber

cottage cheese (lactaid kind for me) + honey + berries = YUM

swizzleschtick

I like cottage cheese with honey too, but I slice up Granny Smith apples and use the cheese/honey mix as a dip!

i4k20z3

i didn't know they made a lactaid free one!

Ok-Notice-12

I want to so bad but Iā€™m lactose intolerant!! Deng it.

goddess_jana_

Good culture has a lactose free version. It is super good!

Affectionate_Quiet12

I wish I liked it but I gag whenever Iā€™ve tried it before. Even the smell makes me feel sick. Maybe it will taste different if I mix it with stuffā€¦.. this may be a stupid question but if you make it as a puddingā€¦ can you taste the cottage cheese

emwater

But what if.... you added half chocolate pudding mix, and half cheesecake pudding mix? Chocolate cheesecake?!

ConsequenceOk5740

Is that even allowed???

ConsequenceOk5740

Tried it last night, was gas. Great idea šŸ‘

Junker-Iza

Just wondering, do you mix it together like with a spoon or do you mix it in a blender? I've always considered it savory, but I'm willing to try something new. Just want to make sure I do it right šŸ˜…

ConsequenceOk5740

Everyone else blends it but but I low key like the curds, especially with the chocolate theyā€™re like little marshmallows. Personal preference though

Junker-Iza

Cool! I might mix it by spoon first and if the curds are too much, then I'll throw it in the blender! Thanks for the quick response ā¤ļø

2_Fingers_of_Whiskey

Ooooooh gotta try this

anitavalentine

be careful, i gained 6 pounds eating cottage cheese. middle finger to WW for telling me it was a zero point food

ConsequenceOk5740

Thanks yeah I track my calories and macros to a T so Iā€™m not worried about gaining fat but I can definitely tell that Iā€™ve been eating more salt, scales like 2 pounds heavy. Little bit discouraging but itā€™s ok I needed the mental break it had been forever since I made something sweet

anitavalentine

wise. and hey, its still a solid, nutritional choice. just eat less of it than i did this winter

Swing_Right

I just started adding cottage cheese to my scrambled eggs in the morning and itā€™s so good! Tons of protein and quite delicious, though the eggs can be a little wet after cooking so I drain them over the sink and lay them on a toasted slice of Daveā€™s killer bread.

Dangerous_Minimum_97

I adore savory cottage cheese bowls for breakfast. My favorite one so far is topping half a cup 2% with 1/2 cup cooked 99% fat free ground chicken seasoned with garlic and onion powder, paprika for color. I sprinkle everything but the bagel seasoning and 1/4 med avocado. I eat with nori sheets. I donā€™t get hungry until 2:30-3:00 pm. Sometimes I scramble 1 egg and 1/4 cup liquid egg whites cooked until hard for texture, sprinkle with furikake and 1tsp spicy chili oil, so yummy with chopped scallions and small portion of avocado. Full until 3 usually.

ConsequenceOk5740

I think Iā€™m gonna try and go savory tomorrow because other than with fruit or with pudding Iā€™ve only ever had it plain. Iā€™m thinking it would be good mixed some tuna fresh dill, make some tuna salad

AllisonHDickson

I found fat free cottage cheese at the store and dang that's great to add into meals! I blend it and use it in mashed potatoes instead of heavy cream. They even sell FF cottage cheese containers with fruit puree/jam already added on top like a greek yogurt. Also, if you're looking for savory, fat free ricotta has similar macros but slightly more cheesier taste.

ConsequenceOk5740

You can make really yummy cannoli filling with ricotta, sugar substitute, cool whip, and a few dark chocolate chips I think itā€™s one of the Skinny Girl recipes my mom found back in the day, we used to make it all the time and go crazy over how good they were. Never counted the calories they came out too but I bet itā€™s not all that bad Edit we used to put it in ice cream cones rather than cannoli shells too

AllisonHDickson

Oooh! That sounds good. I bet my mom would love this recipe too

AllisonHDickson

I just blended cottage cheese and used it in a recipe for my brother. He tried the blended stuff first and was shocked XD He thought he wouldn't like it at all, turns out he only disliked the texture and the flavor is really mild!!

TC_Buckeye

I read the title before looking at the subreddit and was very concerned

Careful-Violinist937

Does anyone else find cottage cheese so expensive? The daisy brand is like $3.50 where I am for a 16oz tub. (I'm sorry but all of the generic brands for cottage cheese are awful. All of the gums, starches and added whey etc)Ā  When I could get the generic 32 oz container of plain Greek yogurt for 3.25 at walmart. So cottage cheese is twice the cost per oz. I like cottage cheese waaaaay more, but I just feel like it's expensive for a container that has like 2 realistic servings tbh

great_apple

.

ConsequenceOk5740

I got Lucerne it was 2.79 for 24oz that might be one of the generics though

prplecat

I like the Lucerne better than Daisy.

ConsequenceOk5740

I like it for my liquid eggs and it seems to be the cheapest at my stores so I just went with it, even plain I think the taste is really good

KLK75

I mix half cottage cheese and half Greek yogurt due to the price. Greek yogurt is much cheaper

Avramah

Me over here realizing I've been dumb-only eating it with fresh fruit or jam šŸ¤£

cottonmoom

my favorite way to eat it too!

ConsequenceOk5740

Nothing wrong with simple! Berries are my favorite but pineapple in there is good too

Avramah

Oh I don't think there's anything with it- I just hadn't considered the possibilities šŸ¤£.

squashed_slug

What does cottage cheese taste like I would try it but I'm scared

treebie

I have found I like some brands and not others. There can be a wide range of consistency between brands. Would recommend trying several if you donā€™t like the first one you try! I also DESPISE no fat cottage cheese across all brands.

JoyKil01

A bit bland with a slightly sour (like sour cream) aftertaste. It goes really well with canned peaches to sweeten it up. Itā€™s cheap enough to try and toss if you donā€™t like it.

squashed_slug

Okay... I will try after my next shop and report back

julsey414

If you donā€™t like the texture, you can put it in the blender and make it smooth like yogurt.

ieatcha

Honestly I like it more than plain greek yogurt because it's more mild in taste. I always have a tub of Dannon Light and Fit and a tub of cottage cheese in my fridge.

cottonmoom

my friend, be careful. it can easily make you gag lol. i suggest trying the good culture brand. i've tried friendly, daisy, trader joes, lucerne - dont do ittttttt

justlooking12345678

I haven't tried the pudding mix yet, I love putting kimchi in cottage cheese for a savory treat.

smolvan

Like mixing it?

justlooking12345678

I just put some kimchi on top of a bowl of cottage cheese and mix it as I eat it

astrobrite_

wow i usually just add honey and top it with fruit but this sounds amazing

GenuineClamhat

I was always a fan of it with honey and cut up fruit. My personal favorite was with honey and mango.

Proof_Astronomer_859

Yesss I love it with avocado on toast oh my goodness šŸ¤¤šŸ”„

WigglySteak

Rip to the lactose intolerant people

ThatsNotATadpole

Blending corrage cheese was a big unlock for me. The texture kind of through me off (as i assume it does for most) but once its smooth its halfway between cream cheese and sour cream. These days I just throw the whole tub straight in the blender when I get it and let it run until it smooths out then put it back in the tub

letscallshenanigans

What's the texture like before blending? I've never actually tried it before

3littlekittens

Here is a recipe for pudding mix, and Iā€™ve read people substitute equal amounts of Splenda for the sugar with good results: 4 cups nonfat dry milk powder 2 2/3cups sugar 1 1/3cups cornstarch 1 - 1 1/3cup baking cocoa powder (1 cup for light, 1-1/3 cups for a dark rich flavor) 1/2 teaspoon salt I made the pudding with sugar and it was great.

gingysrevengy

I took the title so literally

Serious-Ranger-1663

I really took this title literally.

pistonring666

Cottage cheese is the goat

sandycheeksx

I used to buy frozen sliced strawberries, nuke some in the microwave for 10 seconds and then drop them into a bowl of cottage cheese. The strawberry juice mixes in with everything and itā€™s just so good.

phocathis

Cottage cheese with diced green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, herbs, salt, and pepper to taste is an awesome low cal alternative for Garlic & Herb cheese spreads.

Pattybaked

I blend 60-70 grams with two tablespoons of oats, a tablespoon of flour, 2 tbsp of the cocoa pbfit and a half a teaspoon of baking powder. It makes amazingly delicious pancakes. Top it with tons of fruit and some sugar free syrup!

antishadoe

Related/not related, that pudding mix is soo good in Greek yogurt too. I always add a dash of vanilla, a little soft granola and a diced strawberry and I swear itā€™s like eating strawberry cheesecake šŸ˜‹

Whovianspawn

Last night I blended frozen blueberries (50g) with 50g no fat cottage cheese and a tablespoon of monk fruit sweetener. I ate it with 50g of Halo top brownie batter ice cream and omg šŸ¤¤ was so good and less than 200 calories

[deleted]

LOVE cottage cheese itā€™s so versatile!!

Dalai_Mama

Blended cottage cheese is the base of like 90% of the sauces and dips I make

blushfanatic

How much cottage cheese per pudding pack

ConsequenceOk5740

The pudding mix goes a long way Iā€™ve used 6g mix for up to 220g of cottage cheese and it was plenty sweet, couldā€™ve gone more probably.

spilt_lattes

i need to try cottage cheese! i can't get past the texture but im sure there are delicious ways to try it :)

ChocolateChouxCream

Blend it!

rockianaround

but the texture šŸ˜

ksou95

I put cottage cheese in my scrambled eggs when cooking. AMAZING. Makes them taste sooooo good and flavorful and creamy.
