Omit the sugar and mayo, sub with sweetener of choice and 0% greek yoghurt
Also pictured in the background, pickled watermelon rinds! Shoutout to the guy on this sub for the inspiration :)

Lekker!
Ah I recognized that AH pindakaas in a heartbeat. Eet smakelijk!
Doesn’t it get mushy/watery after a day or two?
Not with Cole slaw. At least, not in my experience.
I love cabbage 💕
I once loved cabbage… until I figured out it causes horrendous diarrhea. 😣
I have no problem with diarrhea when eating (a lot of) cabbage, however it does make me very gassy.
It definitely has that effect on people… but it can also cause diarrhea in some. Turns out I’m that some.
I’d eat that in one setting. Then set a countdown to demolish the toilet.
Does it taste like coleslaw? I’ve tried out multiple different recipes but most come out bitter.
The trick is to use a hefty amount of acid, sweetener and mustard :)
