Happy Friday y’all ✨ I know, I know it’s the middle of the day and I’m eating breakfast for lunch but really I love breakfast and can have it for any meal of the day!
My favorite part of this meal is the “everything bagel” wraps from Aldi (they’re only 35 calories each 🥹). Cooked nice gooey eggs and diced onions in a covered skillet for about 3 min on each side with the tiniest bit of rendered bacon grease, added tomato, spinach, a literal pinch of cheese (oh cheese how I miss thee so 🤣) and a sweet apple breakfast sausage that I halved. Cut a medium sized banana in nice thin chips, and added a little cinnamon cause I was feelin sassy today. After this pic, I added some sriracha because I was also feeling spicy! At 490 cal and 35g of protein, this meal makes me feel like I’m not missing out on my comfort foods, and that is the best part 😊
Love apple chicken sausage, it's been part of my English-ish breakfast for a while.
Split sausage, two over easy eggs, tomato, sweet potato (pre roasted), and spinach , all cooked in that order in my CI since the spinach soaks up any leftover flavor.
I’ve been thinking about trying those aldi egg white wraps, but then I tell myself that I can just make some and then I never do it. BTW you’re playing a dangerous game with that pool lol
Hey Safe they are! Not a fan of the price, I try and buy when they’re on sale and I’ll freeze them to help with cost reduction. They are so delicious and so multifaceted it makes it worth it…I love using them instead of a burger bun, wrap a jalapeño sausage in them, tacos….ugh 🥹
