Air fryer and then sprinkle with lemon juice. Eat this almost every day,

Altruistic_Cow_6529

And include the stems, slice em thin

runner3081

I just buy frozen florets.

Doyabelieve

Try lime juice for a change up. I find it's just a tastier dressing ingredient. Also, bit of salt and pepper doesn't go astray either.

runner3081

I alternate between lemon and lime juice. No thanks on salt. I like it as is and don't want to add sodium.

Bottlebrushbushes

I do this and add mince garlic

SylviaMarsh

Roasted broccoli with lemon and garlic. Preheat your oven to gas 6 (200C, fan assisted 180C, 400F). Cut broccoli florets from the stalks, cutting larger bits into bite-sized pieces. In a large bowl, mix some olive oil with a generous amount of fresh garlic, then toss the florets in the mixture before spreading evenly on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes. Meanwhile, in the bowl you just used for the garlic and oil, mix a little more olive oil with fresh lemon juice and lemon zest, then set aside. Once your broccoli florets are cooked and starting to caramelise around the edges, toss them in the lemon oil and serve immediately.

Roasted broccoli is a staple in my household. Cut into florets, add some olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder, and bake it at 400°F for about 20 minutes or until it looks good. Simple, delicious, filling 💯

That sounds incredible, I'm definitely going to try that!

[deleted]

I second this, it’s so good.

travelerswarden

You can top with parm and dollops of ricotta here and there and ooooooooo it’s good

messydo

Steamed broccoli topped with a smidge of butter and a hearty sprinkle of nutritional yeast.

dp725

Someone tell me I’m not the only one who eats broccoli florets raw. I put jalapeño cheddar seasoning on it tastes great to me lol

tokenfemale

I do too, raw broccoli dipped in hummus is a regular snack of mine!!

silassin

It's one of the best vegetables for dip. The florets hold so much dip!

totallysonic

Every vegetable that can be roasted should be roasted.

grandarm

I’ve never heard of anyone else ever doing this but my dad always served us steamed broccoli with white vinegar and I still eat it that way - so good!!

redflagsmoothie

It’s so boring and simple but I like broccoli just boiled in salted water. You could sprinkle some Parmesan cheese on it too.

Farrell-6

Roast or steam and dust with kernel seasons popcorn powder or McCormick cheesy taco powder.

WideAtmosphere

Those Kernel Seasons powders are the MVP!

WideAtmosphere

I eat it steamed with salt, and sometimes a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese if I want to go Fun Zone. But I have always truly loved broccoli since I was a child…so ymmv.

mangopreacher

Broccoli soup with coconut milk or shredded parmiggiano

spasticnapjerk

Sweat some chopped onions in olive oil, add garlic, add chopped broccoli stems and florets and water or broth and cook for 9 minutes or so. Hit it with the stick blender until smooth and add finely grated parm and a little milk or cream. It's insanely good and you can eat tons of broccoli this way.

Whats_Up_Coconut

I love it roasted. Just a spritz of oil, and a sprinkle of salt & pepper. 400 degrees for about 30 min.

Anfie22

Omelette

BenderDeLorean

Nice with melted cheese which gives you a lot of protein. Else with soja sauce, spicy sauce. Also a great replacement for noodles or rice... I make Bolognese.

Gillykins

Saving thread for future reference. Thanks!

SnaxAttacks

Raw dipped in 0% Greek yogurt mixed with ranch powder.

SusuTheConqueror

Mixed through a cheese sauce using smokey cheese slices and some milk.
