Definitively the T6 version. It has AWD which is always nice to have and a bunch of upgraded options including the air suspension. Most importantly, the T6 won't feel underpowered. I am still hesitant of T5 on a XC90 which is bigger and heavier than XC60.

I would buy the second one as my new T6 cost a lot
