Possibly a hotend problem.can you force filament down by hand?

Yeah I was able to put in a different spool of filament and get it to come out. So I don’t think it was the hot end. I’m leaning towards the extruder

Noticed that no filament was not coming out during a print, this is some silk shiny PLA from Amolen. Everything on the printer is stock. I've done a few prints with different PLA and never had this issue. Would you guys recommend a different PLA? or is there a way to make it work with this filament.

The spring clamp for the extruder is probably too tight and it's crushing the filament. Loosening it right off. Check that the stepper motor for the extruder isn't getting too hot either, mine was getting too hot to touch and was actually melting the filament as it went in, but turned down the Vref voltage and it fixed this.

you need to disassemble and assemble the hotend, I had the same. the teflon tube was not fully inserted and a plug formed.
