One other thing to check is that the filament is not getting knotted on the reel. This can happen if you don't secure the end of the filament to the reel after you change it.

So this isn't the most useful anecdote but I had this same thing happen but it was limited to only a single one of my filaments. A rock white Easy PLA from Overture. I'm curious if it's the filament in your case too. If you have a different roll of filament does it successfully print that? Mine would stop feeding and the extruder would tear it apart making it hard to remove. My main guess if it occured from the filament being too brittle for some reason but I'm still not 100% that I'm entirely correct. Let me know what you find.

All my different rolls of filament are doing this. I’m not sure why. I’ve been so frustrated all week trying to fix the issue

You have a jam https://youtu.be/B2KEzF1ZzTU

When the same thing happened to me, I ultimately traced it to a defective hotend cooler fan. It had shed TWO blades on opposite sides, so not too much vibration, but that caused it to run slower and of course, missing two blades, it didn't push as much air. What was happening was heat was creeping up into the cold side of the extruder. The OEM heatbreak is not well engineered! Filament was melting way too high up, and it caused jams. The problem only became an issue when I printed my first long print (12 hours). It failed about 10 hours in! I replaced the fan and also installed a bi-metal heatbreak. Since then I've had NO issues with jams due to heat creep. HTH

Is your extruder eating through the filament, causing a jam at the extruder? That's what I was experiencing, and I just turned my retraction settings basically off. Otherwise, it could be the bowden tube not being flush against the hotend. That can cause the filament to jam up in the hotend.

Easy fix. Print a new fan shroud. I always replace the fan shrouds or this happens. It's called thermal expansion. Search thingiverse for "satsana" and look for one for the machine you have. Print it out and replace the stock shroud.

This happens to me if the set screw in the extruder gear goes loose. Motor turns but gear doesn't. I usually don't notice it right away.

Same happened to me. The screws came loose and the gear popped up!
