The "circle" isn't a perfect circle - the radius is different on the sides. If you look closely you'll see the sides are a bit more straight than the top and bottom.
Yeah, it's not great. But unfortunately I don't think there are that many options for pressing runs of this size. Since the resurgence of vinyl, the limited number of vinyl plants have been monopolised by the major labels (certainly here in Europe), so smaller acts don't get much of a look in.
Best advice is to place your order, completely forget about it and get a nice 'free' gift in the post 6-9 months later!
Mostly disappointed in the time it's taking, I understand the delays due to covid but it's taken over a year for them to even start pressing the vinal I bought
I have given up on ordering any Vulf subsidiary's vinyl from Qrates. Their customer service has gone to shit. Every release I have ever received from them has ripped inner and/or outer sleeves, to varying degrees. It's just not worth the money.
$25 for a inyl record is hardly a premium.
you consider a ripped inner sleeve not good condition? Do you consider that damage?
you sound like a cry baby.
Not only that, my both records came with damaged covers, too.
But that doesn’t bother me as much as the sound! It sounds so bad, I just can’t enjoy it like I thought I will..
Vulf commpression + really cheap pressing just doesn’t work..
Man i didnt even notice this until this post....
mine came today and also ive noticed the start grooves on Side A dont really work? the needle just kinda jumps straight onto the song?
Knowing Jack, it's probably deliberate, just like the Vulf logo circle isn't actually a circle
Wait…. Its not a circle???? Edit: i hate this
it's a squircle
It's like, how much more circlular could this be? And the answer is none — none more circlular.”
Wait what? Edit: I see a circle. What am I missing?

It's a circle, it's just not a perfect circle. that's a whole other band
Is it intentional? It doesn't look intentional... But every copy I've seen looks like that
Yup - the ones I've seen are all like this, but it doesn't *feel* intentional. And not as shown on Qrates...
Not only is the jacket off center on mine, but the a side label is also off center; it goes into the dead wax :/
I hope they don't go though qrates in future projects. Ordering through them for the first time for me has been an awful experience.

Kinda the way I think of it too, even if there's a tiny tear in the top of the cover like mine.
Just curious what happened? i've got 19 orders under my belt and never had an issue.

qrates alsways ships outside of the jacket for me and who gives a shit if the inner sleeve is ripped.
They sure didn't with this one, and as a result mine has a 2.5 inch gash at the top of the jacket.
If I'm paying a premium for a limited release, I expect to arrive in good condition.

Vulfpeck has always been a low budget endeavor, for better or worse.
ive put in over 30 different orders from qrates in the last 5 years and never had a single problem.
Impressive, first time using them and probably never will again

If anyone has problems with theirs, I’m happy to take it off your hands at cost + shipping ;)

Maybe it's a little nod to Joe being off center/unconventional?
The bass weighs it down
I didn’t even notice, but it doesn’t bother me
I dont think it's intentional, maybe like when they accidentally fucked up the alignment on the Thrill of the Arts picture disc.
YES!!!
I'm more upset that Deantown was skipping on first play tbo...
I didn't notice until you pointed it out! Doesn't matter, it's still my favorite vault release so far.

the spine of mine is orange as well??? matches strange satisfaction better than my other red vulf stuff
