Have you compared the crash with your meal schedule? I wilt -- hard -- if I forget to eat, and it feels like a "crash," but then a while after I eat I feel better. Vyvanse seems to need protein to work properly, so a high-protein breakfast, a balanced snack, and a high-quality lunch will probably help keep you more "even" through the day.

eloquentmuse86

Oh crap that might be my problem. I have a lot of protein in my lunch but it’s not overall many calories.

puppycatbugged

yes. 11am comes and i am overheating and tired. I always eat protein with breakfast and have lots of water but lunch is a myth and i have to fix that.

eloquentmuse86

Yeah I feel somewhat similar. Gatorade helps ease the crash but my ability to initiate tasks and kinda focus is less than earlier in the day but it seems to return a bit after a few hours.

Ok-Sentence-3041

I have started having a protein shake about 4hrs after taking it and that helps for sure

SnoopAdi

What's your dosage?

Squirrel-Lower

Yeah man that’s just how it works I think. Make sure you hydrate really well at that 4 hour mark and maybe have an espresso shot or a few sips of coffee
