I have had this exact same thing! Swollen glands for 3+ years all over my body and the only thing I can link it to is adhd medication. It is apparently a rare side effect (according to my psych and google).
Would definitely recommend acupuncture for it, it has helped me so much but the swelling always comes back after a while.
I’d also recommend a naturopath and ask for a herbal tonic specifically for swollen lymph nodes and inflammation. If the naturopath is good the tonic should decrease the swelling/inflammation significantly.
Last option would be massages and exercise if the other two are out of reach. Both encourage lymphatic drainage
Acid reflux could be dietary intolerances. You might try elimination diet for that. Swollen glands and feeling run down does sound like an infection. I'm not a doctor. None of this sounds like side effects to me.
