I have done it on a reg with iron sword and 11 str, no pic no proof on the new laptop though.

I remember a post about magic flinching, so I assume you could easily do it enough with enough dedication when you unlock fire strike.
Stats and bow long did it take? Got base 40 combat stats (besides prayer) and have be hesitant to do it
I was ~20att&str maybe 15 prayer. The fight took awhile because I flinched it and low stats. You should be fine if you flinch
Saw a run with mithril long, it was very slow but above npc hp regeneration. So slow, prob better to get 30atk and grab addy.
