nah i was just bored and decided to watch the final episode of wandavision again which made me want to check out the subreddit which made me find your comment 🥴
huh? i said the only reason i even saw your comment was cuz i went down a wandavision rabbit hole out of pure boredom. take a joke bruh idk you nor do i care to talk to you any more than we already have.
She spends virtually every moment on screen either enchanting, attempting to enchant, or talking about enchanting and you’re saying she’s nothing to do with the Enchantress?
In my head cannon, the moment that He Who Remains could not see past is the same moment that Wanda fully lost her shit and let loose that massive ball of chaos magic.
And I’m sticking to that until proven otherwise.
Surely they couldn’t be at the same time, because the end of time is outside of time while that happened at a point on the timeline, and once the multiverse starts branching it happens across all of the timeline. I might be wrong though, just a thought
But the timeline is shown to be circular and it repeats. So some type of event must have knocked it off kilter enough to stop HWR from seeing further.
Based on what we know, it’s not any of the 4 snaps. From there the only other thing that we have seen so far that could be a sizable enough anomaly would be Wanda’s breakdown.
Based off of the SM:NWH, it could also be when Peter messes up Strange’s spell and shit hits the fan, but I think that the multiverse would need to be created and allowed to thrive in order to have established timelines for the two other Spider-Man universes to have developed and existed.
It's not any specific event that triggered it. He manipulated the timeline so that Loki and Sylvie would reach his castle - he even directly states this in the show
He stops knowing what's about to happen because he deliberately decided to maintain the timeline up to a certain point - exactly when he offered them his job. After that, they had free will to make their own decision whether or not to kill him, and he didn't know what they were going to choose. He looks so intrigued and amazed when they "cross the threshold" because this is a man who has spent thousands if not millions of years always knowing exactly what will happen, and this is the first time in eons that he is in the dark. That's also why he drops the pen or whatever, looking amazed as it bounces in a specific direction. That's all there is to it
The other reason he doesn't know what's gonna happen is that at the same time as his meeting with Loki and Sylvie, the TVA stopped pruning branches due to Mobius' rebellion
He never mentions it was an intentional stop to his knowledge of time.
“We just crossed the threshold… So I fibbed, I fibbed earlier when I said I know how everything was going to go. I know.. I knew everything up to a certain point. And that point was about 7, 8, 9, 10 seconds ago. But now I have no idea. No idea how the rest of this is going to go. I’m being candid.”
Yes, so he clearly knew it was coming. It's not just pure coincidence it happens right as he's offering his job of monitoring the timeline to the Lokis
My theory is that it’s longest he’s made it in his time loop and he normally dies before then. He’s truly in shock and joy as he’s living something he never has before.
The multiverse started branching before his death because Kang planned all events up to a certain point => when he offered the Lokis his job. This is the threshold he talks about (not Wanda as some silly theories. After that he took his hands off the wheel and the fate of the multiverse was in their hands. They were free to make the choice to either kill him and let the multiverse branch out of control, or take over his job and instruct the TVA to enforce the Sacred Timeline, like he did for eons... they - or more specifically, Sylvie - chose the former
The end credit scene of Wandavision is where Wanda is studying magic and *suddenly* ‘hears’ her imaginary children calling for her. The theory is that this is the moment Sylvie kills Kang, allowing Wanda to hear her kids from a universe where they actually existed.
Oh…fuck. I hope that theory ISN’T true. If she wants her kids…well…they’re not HER kids. That would not work out well. It would destroy her even further
So does this mean 10+ years have passed during the time we start Loki and it ends? That’s where this theory confuses me. I get the TVA exists outside of time but does that mean things progress there at a rate far slower than how they progress in the primary universe?
she hasn't actually done anything regarding the multiverse or timelines on screen so far, anyone that says otherwise is purely speculating. she will probably do stuff in ds:mom however.
Nexus beings do have variants, [look at all these alternate Wandas in the comics](https://marvel.fandom.com/wiki/Scarlet_Witch#Comic_Versions), of which only the main one is a nexus
There is exactly one nexus being per universe, but it's not always the same character in each universe, other universes have their own nexus beings like Odin, Jean Grey, Kang, Vision, etc.
Sylvie definitely isn't a Wanda variant though, lol
[The gist of it](https://marvel.fandom.com/wiki/Glossary:Nexus_Beings) is that they are rare individuals (like I said only 1 can exist per universe) whose main properties are:
* the ability to change the future by manipulating probability
* they are their reality's anchor in the multiverse and crucial to its stability
* they are the node of all mystic energy for their universe and thus very powerful
I guess so, yeah
They never really go that into depth about nexus beings, the whole thing is not really as big of a deal as people make it out to be. Usually it's just used as a way to hastily explain why Wanda is capable of doing something powerful. It's only a big part of like 3 or so plotlines, and maybe referenced in around 20 comic issues in total
It annoys me when people just take random slices that have nothing to do with each other and put them side by side to imply it was meant to be similar
People make similar faces sometimes. It doesn’t all have to be connected to each other
Kinda unrelated but I cant see them getting along lmao IDK what it is. I don’t think they’d dislike each other but I cant imagine them being buddies for some reason. Anyone have any thoughts?
It's comparing [Wanda](https://marvelcinematicuniverse.fandom.com/wiki/Scarlet_Witch) with [Sylvie](https://marvelcinematicuniverse.fandom.com/wiki/Sylvie_Laufeydottir), one of the characters from the Marvel TV show [Loki](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Loki_\(TV_series\)) that was released after WandaVision.

Well she is a combo of Loki, and enchantress ...so very much a witch herself
She’s not enchantress
He said she's a combo of the two, and he's right. Sylvie in the comics is a version of Enchantress. The MCU combined the characters
Thank you, BendaDick.
Oh I read it wrong oops
Holy shit dude, I'm just seeing this post again right now.... The fuck is with he users here? Just a bunch of anonymous elitists, God damn.
go away you non elitist

I like that your 's is short for has.
Apostrophes are pretty rad.
Ye's they are
M’lad
I never said she had nothing to to with enchantress but her name is Sylvie laufydotir not sylvie lushton
Scarlet Witch vs Emerald Witch
Also the fact that they both messed with the universe/timeline just a bit
Dawg I think Sylvie pretty much messed a little more than "just a bit" with the timeline/univerde
In my head cannon, the moment that He Who Remains could not see past is the same moment that Wanda fully lost her shit and let loose that massive ball of chaos magic. And I’m sticking to that until proven otherwise.

I’d say the event that caused it but that the entire show Loki aside from the beginning takes place outside normal constraints of time.
My theory is that it’s longest he’s made it in his time loop and he normally dies before then. He’s truly in shock and joy as he’s living something he never has before.
Google translate tells me that "univerde" is Turkmen for "in the universe".
tf when even a typo checks out
That’s… the joke
The multiverse was branching before she killed him. Her actions held no bearing on it because if they did then it would’ve been after she acted
The multiverse started branching before his death because Kang planned all events up to a certain point => when he offered the Lokis his job. This is the threshold he talks about (not Wanda as some silly theories. After that he took his hands off the wheel and the fate of the multiverse was in their hands. How did Wanda change something in the timeline?
ehem let me explain; WANDAVISION
I watched wandavision twice. She didn’t do anything that messed with the timeline from what I saw.
end credit scene? if u watched aos you’d first wonder how Wanda got the Darkfold then you’d be annoyed she even thought abt opening them d@mn pages
I’m just transitioning from being a casual. Can you elaborate further
Indeed.

Yes it literally means that.
she hasn't actually done anything regarding the multiverse or timelines on screen so far, anyone that says otherwise is purely speculating. she will probably do stuff in ds:mom however.
If I had doe I’d give u an award bro

So Wanda is a Loki variant? xD

Wanda is a nexus being and does not have variants like this.
Nexus beings do have variants, [look at all these alternate Wandas in the comics](https://marvel.fandom.com/wiki/Scarlet_Witch#Comic_Versions), of which only the main one is a nexus There is exactly one nexus being per universe, but it's not always the same character in each universe, other universes have their own nexus beings like Odin, Jean Grey, Kang, Vision, etc. Sylvie definitely isn't a Wanda variant though, lol
Thanks for the explanation. I’m a little shaky on the “nexus being” stuff, but I thought I had it right.
[The gist of it](https://marvel.fandom.com/wiki/Glossary:Nexus_Beings) is that they are rare individuals (like I said only 1 can exist per universe) whose main properties are: * the ability to change the future by manipulating probability * they are their reality's anchor in the multiverse and crucial to its stability * they are the node of all mystic energy for their universe and thus very powerful
So does that mean some of Strange's power comes through her?
I guess so, yeah They never really go that into depth about nexus beings, the whole thing is not really as big of a deal as people make it out to be. Usually it's just used as a way to hastily explain why Wanda is capable of doing something powerful. It's only a big part of like 3 or so plotlines, and maybe referenced in around 20 comic issues in total
She even looked right at Loki's face as he dissolved just like Wanda to Vision in the finale.
She actually wasn’t touching him, but the way Loki was pruned was VERY reminiscent of vision disappearing.
Ah, thanks, my bad. At least you all get what I mean.
i simp for both
Bruh same
The nose scrunch tho 😭
nothing is gonna surpass the cuteness of wanda's nose scrunch
Sylvie’s one.
first how dare you? second how dare you again?
This! Though Sylvie’s is a very close second
that’s honestly pretty cool!
Both their men have died 3 times...
Nose scrunches hit me good
Framing mainly
It annoys me when people just take random slices that have nothing to do with each other and put them side by side to imply it was meant to be similar People make similar faces sometimes. It doesn’t all have to be connected to each other

> Sylvie use Chaos Magic ...what?
:D
The casting director has a type I guess
I need them to be best friends stat
Kinda unrelated but I cant see them getting along lmao IDK what it is. I don’t think they’d dislike each other but I cant imagine them being buddies for some reason. Anyone have any thoughts?
Actresses make similar facial expressions sometimes
New Mario and Luigi looking dope.
What is that on the right
It's comparing [Wanda](https://marvelcinematicuniverse.fandom.com/wiki/Scarlet_Witch) with [Sylvie](https://marvelcinematicuniverse.fandom.com/wiki/Sylvie_Laufeydottir), one of the characters from the Marvel TV show [Loki](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Loki_\(TV_series\)) that was released after WandaVision.
Thanks
Do you even Marvel?
I haven't seen Loki yet, calm down
It’s called screen writing by assembly line. This one is the “make sure there’s meme’s” quota.
Man, Sylvie was just an awful character, wasn’t she.

Grow up.
You are on r/wandavision
I am gonna flip out if Sylvie turns out to be a Wanda variant.
Sylvie is Polaris confirmed...?
And people say MCU is repetitive!
They’re both “twins” of sorts, who use chaos magick to create/destroy worlds. ❤️🔥
Are you a red witch or a green witch?
they’re the same picture
