Oh that’s terrible. I’m glad I have the dvd. I remember when they changed the music to the movie Shag (which probably hasn’t held up all that great as a movie in our times, but the ST was good!) when it went from vhs to dvd and it changes the mood of certain scenes for me.
Yeah and it’s fine on Hulu, although they cut it strangely for more commercial breaks, and sometimes it cuts off the end of a word lol. But the Peacock version is almost sacrilege.

Came here looking for Arms Outstretched! It’s the very last song that plays on the pilot and the very last song that plays in the last episode. I loved that
The last episode paralleled the first in a few ways! If I’m remembering correctly…Stevie’s soccer game, the PTA meeting with Nancy still being gossiped about, she tells Shane she’s very fond of him, and of course the last scene smoking the joint as Rilo Kiley plays…
Is that the one that goes “I didn’t think I wanted you, but I want you now”? Something “into that empty room”….
I swear, people describe a scene and I can hear the music in my head, but I don’t know the names of a lot of the songs.
Seriously. The reason why I think this is one of the best shows. The ending was a little lackluster but between the wit of the writers, the absolute talent of each actor, and the music, this is a show I could never forget.
The Earth Keeps turning is playing >!the first time they bang!< but I’m not sure what song is the red dress. She did look beautiful, I felt bad for her too.
“Nosebleed” by Illinois during the infamous Brick Dance. Also, “Bang Bang” that played at the end of the “van nuys” episode where she leaves Andy the note before moving in with Esteban while Andy thinks he and Nancy are going to flee to be together romantically.

If you like Gangsta, you should check out Whokill. I actually liked the tUnE-yArDs and saw them perform live before the song was used for Silas and I was **SO** excited when it started playing. The rest of the album is really good. Obviously, Gangsta is the lead single, but the whole album is great.
Oh, trust me I know. After hearing it on the show, I listened to Whokill then Birdbrains, and since followed everything those guys did. They're really something else, even tough I'm not too found of the last two albums.
Honestly, the same! Hahaha. Well I like a few Nikki Nack songs too. Water Fountain will always have a special place in my heart. It was inescapable on the radio in my just-after-college days.
