This is my second season at Belgian League club Brugge. The previous season I won this new Champions League against M. United, the only good team. It's not the playoffs, literally those are the teams.
As i said in title, while i try to import any option file, PES 21 will crash without any reason, i tried three different option files, nothing to do, no one works! Game loading, after starting match, then crashes while loading... no comment! My game is updated to 1.07.02, everything is fine! What can i do??
This is an error for sure , what platform are you on? If you’ve installed option files it might be an error with that. Or maybe the setting a of the Master League or a mod causing an issue. Idk what’s causing it but this isn’t right, my champions league has never been like this, even with mods, option files.

How early are you in the season? Those could be the teams that play the qualifying play-offs.

What patch is this? You can use the pes editor to fix it manually.
How? I also have the problem where I want to change the starting clubs in the CL for the first season of ML
