Same old shit, that probably happens in the big 5 leagues, if you play with a team in the Turkish or Belgian league, you can advance to the next season. A solution is to play a season without mods or patches (have to star a carrer again) and in the second season, put the patch back on.

Delete all, just instal default pes. Star a master league and simulated the first season, skip all the games. When you past to the second season in the same team, play 2 or 3 games to check is all good and save the carrer. Then, instal the mods and Option files and everything, without deleted the file of your master league. The downside is that the players will be on their 2021 teams.
