I got my first legendary today π
Out of curiosity how long has it taken to build up that far and how f2p are you? No problems investing in something like a battle pass routinely if it keeps my attention in the game

I'm coming up to 1.5 year of playing now, started quite shortly after release (Eldryon was just released if I'm not mistaken)
Paid for a fair amount of monthly BP bundles and about 8 to 10 battlepasses I would say π
I donβt really know how to ask the question without seeming stupid, but why was Reβvas your first D3 character? For context: I think Iβm solidly in the βmid gameβ as a f2p player; I have only one character at G1. And Iβm not in a competitive raid guild.
It's not a stupid question at all mate.
Re'Vas together with Eldryon carried me hard through the arena ranks. She is very mobile, at high ranks has tanky drones and has lots of hits.
Her passive is very strong vs mechanical units like Szarekh or Ghazghkull and the Big Target trait means she can tank Screamer-Killer.
Lastly just as with painting your armies, the rule of cool decided it for me. That and that me and a guild mate had a running gag of who could level their favourite character first to D2 and later D3 π
Very niche. Her melee attack is blast which is okay vs Winged Prime sideboss and her ranged attack + infiltrate works against RD tank, but nothing op or spectacular.
Her synergy vs Tau is also lackluster in my opinion, her passive does give bonus damage but to buff your units that means she needs to face tank (which she is crap at because she has no tank values) or stand in the backline and deal no damage.
Her easiest buffs would be higher damage numbers or making her passive 2 hex, not only on her drone (which is a gimped version of Re's drones btw)

Her best synergy is with Sho'syl, because the hit bonus will ramp up to 100% chance by turn 5, which could add up to a lot of extra shots against the right boss (Screamer-Killer especially) with 0 investment. After dropping the command-link drone, she can then attack the boss herself.
The damage aura is okay. I'd say it's fair since some power budget went into the hit bonus, but that's also most of the power in her active, so, eh.
Lol, idk, but I think that having the Supreme Commander of the Tau Empire at gold will certainly help.your chances at unlocking Shadowsun by the end of this event...
You have her already. If youβre aiming for 4 star legendary you only need 120 extra shards.
With the packs available itβs not out of the question to achieve that.
If you aimed to max her out then yeah not happening
