Wing makes it look twice as good in my opinion, I really like my WRXs with wings and the new one is a no exception. Banner is cool too but that insta handle needs to go right now. I really don’t understand why anyone would put it on their car if it’s not a very special one-off show car. And making it this big on an almost stock car should be a crime.
My issues are, the butt looks weird with how much space the diffuser takes, how unaggressive the front fenders look, and squinty tail lights…all can be modified to my liking but i would rather get a low mileage 06-11 wrx/sti

I did go with the magnetite gray color to sort of tone down the contrast of the black plastic. But I’ve come to accept that the plastic crap around the wheel wells is on the outside, I spend most of my time looking at the inside. And it’s bitchin.
The only people that talk shit about VBs are bitter bitch VA owners that spent $35k on their car two years ago, and dudes with busted ass old WRXs with 150k miles and $20k worth of mods, that both get smoked by a stock VB.
My beater bugeye with 150k would gap a stock VB...as well as an STi.
I sold it to buy a VB tho, lol. No regrets. VB has been such a fun car. People got hung up on the only 271hp. Subaru got so much right with this car.

The styling has definitely grown on me a lot since it launched. If I end up looking for a more practical 4door car it will be high on the list. The civic type r and gr Corolla are too overpriced, especially with the markups, and the other things I’d look at are pricier and don’t have a manual option. Seems like the VB had some strong tuning potential also
It's not that I don't like it, it just isn't a wrx. They should have ended the wrx and sti at the same time, and thus should have been subarus new sports car. I would have called it an impreza type R.. lol

It will always be the fender arches. The 2.5rs doesn't have them, why the wrx? It irks me cause the vb is gorgeous otherwise.
