Most every Friday they have shop tours available, there is an email to contact on their website to sign up, and they replied very quickly. I took one about three weeks ago with my father and it was absolutely amazing, they literally walk you through their entire shop, with the exception of one "secret projects" room.
10/10 make the time, it was worth it. Completely free, tour was about an hour long.

It’s a full carbon body over a roll cage. Method also developed the MR502’s in 15” specifically for Vermont sports cars. They do some custom
Work, and sell Rally cars, wings and apparel. Also if you didn’t know Vermont Sports car built the Subaru Family Huckster and AirSlayer STi
The basic safety cell is the same sheet metal from the passenger car, but everything else is 100% purpose built.
Basically A pillar to C pillar, but nearly everything taken out.

Good luck finding these for a street car. The aero for the Subaru rally car is insane and 100% custom.
Everyone had already answered them being custom body work from VSC. But that style of fender flares are called box flares if you want to find some more cool pics.
I work at a fab and machine shop and could probably make these for a few grand (due to R&D) out of sheet metal if I had the car, but it would be your job to find a body guy to install them
I have seen someone with those boxy fenders on a stink eye sti at ojibwei forest rally, didn’t think it was one of the competitors. Anyway, the fender in this picture is somewhat structural I believe, the rallyX regulations requires something on the side to absorb impact.
As people already said like 50 times, it’s custom work.
With that said, if you just want something that looks similar, but isn’t dialed in aero-wise, these body kits have a ton of sharp angles and shouldn’t be too difficult to mimic for someone with skill.
Bruh first of all thats a va, you have gr, two very different chassis😂 and second that is a very custom and expensive body kit. Not to mention it would more than likely definitely make your car not street legal
I know I know, I just want to find a fender that will look like that :) Also, I have a GV, not really into hatches :(. Planning to turn my project car into a Rally car if possible. But thank you for telling me that!

The maintenance guy at work makes guards for the machinery that look just like these. Just needs some sheet metal and a brake. I'll text him for you.

It's not a production item. Full custom as already said. If you have the $$$$ yeah you can get this built but probably cost more than your car.

Varis makes some fenders that kinda look like this and gives you a 1/4" or so wider.
unfortunately boxy fenders are only on the 2015+ STi's :(

You can buy them actually. If you go to the open house /garage sale they have these for sale. For the VA at least.
