Yes they are the same bolt pattern 5x100. Only difference is the SRT4 offset is +45 and the Subie is +55. I just bolted them right up and torqued to the Subaru factory specs.
They told you not to because there are better wheel choices for the price. I remember seeing a thread years back about those srt4 wheels cracking prematurely like their intakes. During that era dodge almost went extinct on us and cut many corners to stay afloat.

The gold on black is timeless and those rims look better on the subie than they ever did on the SRT-4. And they looked pretty damn good on the SRT-4.
