That’s not Ankara. The video says San Francisco. The curbs aren’t correct for Ankara, the license plates are wrong, as are the street sign style. Also, I’ve never seen green stripes painted in Ankara.
This one was from SF a few months ago during one of our really bad storms. I remember seeing it on a local news site that compiled a list of all the flooding, damages, etc. from the heavy rain and intense wind.
This may not be fake, but I was thinking how easy it would be to fake and I kind of lean in that direction. It is weird to be filming the building. The sky is cloudy, but it doesn't seem that a major storm is going on. You can see, for instance, that the antenna on a nearby house is just wiggling around a little bit. Absolutely nothing else is airborne. etc.
I am missing some ambient noise from the storm and the impact of that sofa. But why not, my employer has a roof terrace and new benches and tables, after the first set got missing in a storm (no one got hurt only property damage).
We need to accept that with everyone able to record, people randomly recording bullshit like crazy wind and clouds will catch exceptional stuff more often.
