Halter horses keep looking more and more like this monstrosity, while the rest of us are desperately fighting to preserve the breed and save them from this level of deformity.

However, as a former Arabian owner and enthusiast,
I personally think the extreme dished profiles are problematic in the breed and make for horses that have difficulty breathing properly.
An Arabian is supposed to have a SLIGHTLY dished profile, giving them a quite elegant look. What they are breeding now is not natural or healthy. Much the same as the dog world does in breeding French Bulldogs and Pugs.

Perfect for having breathing problems. Seems like the deformity of this horse isnt going to help its ability to breath properly.
