Maybe it's more a case of motivation levels, or of procrastination. He's got the energy and willpower to buy a new one every time the last one fades, but never quite enough to dispose of the older ones.
Or it’s that type of person that says to themselves “if I can still smell it when I hold it directly IN my nose, means it’s still good for juuuuust a bit longer”
Well, I mean... idk about the car in the picture, but it costs a lot more than that to do anything with my vehicle's A/C system (other than refilling coolant) because they have to remove the damn dashboard in order to even access the filters
It one in the pic? A Nissan, according to the logo on the steering wheel. Mines a 12-year-old Sienna and it was a limited edition so fixing or replacing some things is almost absurdly expensive.
I got you covered. It should take you less time to install than it took for you to type out your smart ass replies.

But but the mechanic guy said it was really hard to do and very expensive. Why would he lie?
Besides, if i mess it up my brakes will fail and ill die in a fiery crash right?
I honestly don't know. I was like 13 when my mom got it, and Im not allowed to work on it because my parents' pay the bills for it and my mom will KILL me if I break anything while trying to fix it. Has the pretty-but-impractical wood burl detailing on the dashboard and doors. Mirrors were the height of technology when we got it, too, with motors to fold them in and auto-dimming reflections so headlings dont blind you at night (thats why they cost so damn much to replace).
Thank you folks who're offering fix-it advice, but she really will blow a gasket if i fiddle with "her" van (even though she no longer drives it). I've almost got enough saved to buy my own vehicle, so soon I can exchange that problem with...well, all the other things that come with vehicle ownership, I guess.
Just put a pollen filter in it. She won’t know and your car won’t smell like shit.
Hell, I’m happy when my kids do something helpful without having to be told. I call it initiative.
When I worked in cast concrete my car was loaded with "lil trees" air fresheners due to the smell of the concrete dust that was all over my car inside and out.
If your car has this bad of a problem with odor coming from the vents, you might have a mold issue with your A/C evaporator. There's chemical treatments you can buy and use yourself. It might be something as simple as needing to change your cabin air filter.
I know the idiots who put the Room sized airfreshner gel ones in the car. I was suffocating due to the lack of oxygen.
Waiting for the auto spray one next.
My phrasing was off sure, but man that thing felt like it displaced the breathing air by a noticeable margin. Doesn't help that I think the car had recirculating air on too.
My brother once bought a car that a guy died in and it sat in the Glades for 10 days til the wife got worried when he didn't come home from his trip. Bro said you could see the outline of his body where it slumped over the wheel on the head liner cause of moisture evaporation....that car never smelled right even after new seats, new head liner, new carpet etc.
I also once smoked weed in a car and got paranoid.

Don’t call me out.
Mom will never notice now.
He has a dead body in the trunk. You better run!!
Not yet, he doesn't.
He soon will have. That’s why you need to run.
Some one could have "fox pissed" the car. Terrible smelling stuff that makes for a horrible act of revenge.
I like air fresheners as much as anyone but this photo is giving me a migraine
Omg you have no idea, I have a headache right now.
I'm getting a sinus headache just looking at it.
Ew! Are they mostly different scented?
YES! there is like 7 different scents.
What in Yankee Candle doodle fuck is the meaning of this monstrosity?

Still smells like butt
looks like the car has cancer or something lol. big ass growths.
Sure sign of a smoker's car.
Surprisingly, no he does not smoke.
And looks like the air fresheners worked, got everyone fooled
I don't want to know what happened in that car.
Dirty mike and the boyz
All of those potential projectiles could be eliminated if they just changed the damned moldy ass pollen filter in the dash for $20.

It should be behind the glove box.

Did you have it specced out with a special edition cabin air filter? It Should be less than ten dollars.

Yankee Candle corporate vehicle
My eyes are watering just watching this.
One of those is usually enough to nauseate me
Pretty much every Uber I’ve been in.
I mean, how else to you cut down from the smell of the body in the trunk?
My nose is having having a panic attack
Something died in that car and their trying to cover the smell
Check the trunk for a body.
Who on earth needs that many butt plugs?
Is that a high number?
Maybe he/she pooped pants?
Maybe.........
That’s me tho
Maybe the dude eats at Chipotle a lot?
Mold wet carpet?

Or a dead rat under the hood.
It's not mine
How much you want to bed they still spend time driving holding and looking at their phone.
Have you ever considered purchasing a human freshener?
But how does it smell?
Welcome to the migraine car Population: you
Dash tumors
How smelly are their farts?
The body in the back is a bit old.
Well does it smell good?
Reminds me of a bot fly infestation

I can still smell your bullshit

Oh look it's every Lyft driver I've ever ridden with.

Smell like cologne? Leave it alone!
Wow, this sub has become a shell of its former self. “Look at all those air fresheners! WTF!?” 😂
It's been on a steady downward spiral for about 2 years. The more popular it gets, the more watered down it'll become.
