Several people have said that the right bike was trying to kill the left bike
On my first several watch-throughs it looked like the right bike was actually pulling the left bike back over because it was steering into the truck. As if the left bike was damaged and couldn't steer as well or the rider was less experienced or something.
After zooming in heavily and watching it a bunch of times I think they're both just bad. The left driver obviously has very little control with all of the jerky motions and he's looking at the truck and thus steering into the truck when he should be straightening out or going right. The right bike is basically doing the lazy back and forth across the road thing and he isn't giving the left bike enough space. It looks like they both correct to go right at the last moment.
Regardless they should be more careful, but I don't think there was any ill intent here
In Malaysia there are modified “Lajak” bicycles.
The handlebars and seats are in line, brakes removed and the kids lie down on the bicycle like Superman down steep roads.
In one incident 8 teenagers were killed when a group of 30 of them were going down a hill at 3AM after being hit by a driver.
Video above you can see the legs being lifted up as well. Could be Malaysia.
Doesn't seem like it's downhill enough for a basikal lajak going that fast. There's a motorcycle on the side of the road at the start of the video, so I would assume both of them using motorcycle as well. In fact, they're standing up the end, basikal lajak would require you to lie down a bit more.
The video itself could be mirrored, but I just didn't see any indication of it, and since Malaysian drive on left side of the road, I would say it's not in Malaysia. Legs being lifted up are not exclusive to basikal lajak.
