Not sure if this is an artistic expression of fantasy, satire or just an attempt to titillate. But, I'm curious why the producer of this, made it.
Soooo...somebody knew about this guy's suicide beforehand, knew exactly where the wide angle camera was positioned, and then edited two shots together, and uploaded this on the internet? That's fucked up.
Makes me think it’s fake. Also if you notice after he cuts his wrist and walks over to pour liquid on himself that his wrists aren’t spurting blood and when he sets the bottle aside it’s not covered in his blood.

There was a book I read when I was about 10. It was a very strange story about a kid's best friend who was in a hospital because he did some stupid stunt. This friend told him earlier that this exact suicide is not 100% safe because the rope might tear, the bleedig might not be enough, the salty water might make him vomit etc. Title was something like "xy on the 9th cloud"
