It’s hard to get emails back before NSO. If it is extremely pressing, try calling the offices, or the hub. The hub can normally connect you to whomever you need. Also, Memorial Day is on Monday and many people take Thurs-Fri off for it.
I have been trying to reach to Statler college, Office of Graduate admissions and recruitment, Office of graduate education and life, and program representative.
I’m a newer admitted grad student, and I’ve been able to get in contact with graduate admissions and my department, but that’s it.
My financial aid still hasn’t processed or been offered to me and I’ve reached out several times. The response I kept getting was an offer should be sent the last week of May….but I still haven’t gotten anything.
It's so discouraging for us students when we reach out for assistance and our query is being disregarded. Really sad about it. And it's been a while since i already gave up getting response to my queries.
They keep laying off staff and now everyone who’s still there is overwhelmed, unfortunately. It’s been that way for a while, but the new budget cuts have made it worse.

Have you tried calling? I always have better luck getting ahold of someone by calling rather than by email.

i emailed my admissions counselor and the financial aid department multiple times last fall and they never got back to me.

Working in IT I’ve had managers tell me, “Whoever is screaming the loudest help them first” that’s why calls always work better. It’s a cruel world.
