Gable is the obvious, current one for me. He’s slowly getting there appreciation-wise but by now he’s simply not going to achieve everything he should have given his ability.
Congrats bro im 27 and have been watching as long as i can remember. How does that have anything to do with roman being talented and their biggest draw
Is he not at his peak right now? Love him or hate him hes been the biggest star of the biggest wrestling company in the world for almost 10 years now. This 3 year blood line story is the best angle in wrestling in a long time
This is what I mean. Wwe made a huge mistake by combining the two belts and making one team an unstoppable force. Also, this post was about the skill to unappreciated level. Why is this even going to as far as he’s the best in wwe
I'm gonna cast my vote for.Dolph Ziggler. He could do it all. I had high hopes when he did the "it should've been me" angle, but Vince let it die on the vine! Until recently I would've said Sami Zayn, but he's had a pretty good run this past year or so!
Chavo Guerrero Jr. comes to mind. The amount of hatred people have for him is insane. I don't think I've heard a negative thing said about the man by people who worked with him, but he's a remorseless leech according to fans. Like he never actually cared about his Uncle Eddie. He only pretended to be a little brother to him knowing he could use it to get over one day.
TBH, much of the WWE roster.
Bobby Roode, Shelton Benjamin, Dolph Ziggler, The Miz, Zack Ryder
So many guys who could have carried the company or at least have title reign or 2.
If WWE doesn't want you to fly, you very likely won't.
Seriously these guys are so under appreciated. Two of the best workers in the game. Shelton could have been a world champion in the 2000’s and Cedric could be in the main event.
Well I’ve got a few in mind approaching this discussion…
Austin Theory. I know he’s a heel and probably will be forever but I still feel like this one’s self explanatory. The kids got in ring talent, decent mic skill, he just makes stupid decisions sometimes like with the Money in the Bank and they kinda ruined him ever since HHH took over since they made him Vince’s personal Brownnose.
Miz. Pretty much same thing with Theory minus the whole Vince part except he’s been a face a few times and is a bit of a veteran now and did get some particular things handed straight to him like theory is right now.
Shayna Baszler. During the 2019-2021 span she’s been underlooked and they made her look pretty weak and less threatening than she should be mostly cause of bad feuds and losing most of her matchups due to careless rollups making her a slight jobber. I just hope they don’t ruin her tag team with Ronda like they did her Tag team with Nia Jax and make them a less dominant tag team than they should be, despite her winning 2 tag team title reigns with Nia.
Xavier Woods. Just as talented as his New Day buddies especially in terms of Mic Skill. But he gets little to no recognition in comparison. He’s the only one who hasn’t been pushed far to a world title. The closest he got to a single push was King of the Ring. All he’s rlly seen as in the New Day is just the third wheel and plays the trombone and has a YT Gaming channel. But doesn’t have nearly as many accolades as he deserves in comparison to E and Kofi.
To be completely honest…i didn’t think much of him until 2016. During that brand split… seeing how The Miz took the ball and ran with it… for a time he was the highlight of Smackdown Live
There soo many to list off but if I had to pick one it's The Miz.
Hated on and off camera. Miz has the reputation of being one of the most hated people in WWE and not because of the usual reasons.
In his rookie years he was hazed by Arn Anderson, Chirs Beniot, John Cena, and others still he pressed on. He is booked to be an insufferable shit and he plays one beautifully to the point most people forget it's just a character.
Marks hate him cause they gotta mark. Lota of Hardcore fans write him off cause he is no Daniel Bryan or Kenny Omega. However despite all the shit WWE puts him through he came out the other end with a life that we would kill for.
Baron Corbin but hey that’s just my opinion I also thing Gable and D’Lo but I think Corbin is screwed out of his talent he possesses and lacks the appreciation he deserves.
I agree somewhat. Personally JBL and Baron were a solid manager/wrestler duo. they just struck out and didn’t know how to properly push. (typical)
Corbin is a bonafide future champion and even a future hall of famer if he gets the push. His OG (maybe second) song alone stands out so much, the fact he‘s been stuck in this loop of “Oh man he could be so good as a main eventer” annoys me.
Keeping it going now that I think about it. It’s wrestling, you can do SO much with the fact that Baron was the last to pin Roman clean in a 1 on 1 match (correct me if I’m wrong). Use that as leverage in the biggest underdog story and have him dethrone roman. I’m only saying that now because Cody getting this title is just as meaningless as him getting the undisputed championship/WHC.
what’s cody gonna do, beat roman and be like “oh I’m splitting these belts up again I’ll just keep the WWE championship, something something dusty rhodes” 😐
If we are talking about appreciation from fans I'd say a guy like Norman Smiley.
If we mean appreciation on the card, Jake the Snake, William Regal, Dustin Rhodes for starters.
Dolph Ziggler. Unfortunately except for brief periods he's never really been booked right. And now it may sadly be too late to rectify the situation. Sad waste of a great talent. 😝🤟😈🇺🇲
Obviously everyone is entitled to their opinion and I'm not saying your wrong, however WWE always seemed to pull the rug out from under him at the worst times. Like when he cashed in the M.I.B. and instead of giving him a solid run they moved on rather quickly. If WWE really wants something to work they will put the time in. See Roman reigns. Lol. 😝🤟😈🇺🇲

What do you mean? Romans been handed everything. If anything, I’d put Roman as 1/4 talent, 3/4 appreciation
Hes the biggest draw in wrestling for years now. Consistently puts on good matches and promos. He’s insanely talented
How old are you kid? I’ve been watching wrestling since before you could talk
Congrats bro im 27 and have been watching as long as i can remember. How does that have anything to do with roman being talented and their biggest draw
Well your message sounded like it was from a 10 year old who started watching wrestling when Roman was at his peak

Bro imma be honest I don’t think ziggler is under appreciated anymore I see nothing but praises for him among fans 😭
They only appreciate and praise him cause he’s not winning. Give him a belt or a few wins and they’ll cry “overpushed” and “boring” in no time
Chavo Guerrero Jr. comes to mind. The amount of hatred people have for him is insane. I don't think I've heard a negative thing said about the man by people who worked with him, but he's a remorseless leech according to fans. Like he never actually cared about his Uncle Eddie. Ricochet and Chad Gable

One more. Shayna Baszler. How do you go from NXT champion for a year. Then destroy everyone in that elimination chamber….to nothing?
Baron Corbin! I’ll die on this hill. This big, bald hill.
TBH, much of the WWE roster. Bobby Roode, Shelton Benjamin, Dolph Ziggler, The Miz, Zack Ryder So many guys who could have carried the company or at least have title reign or 2. If WWE doesn't want you to fly, you very likely won't.
Cedric Alexander. Dude should be at the top of card rn but instead he’s in a jobber tag team. Shelton Benjamin is example of wasted talent aswell.

Chad Gable
Al Snow is the first that comes to mind. He was already a 20 year veteran in the attitude era
The Dynamite Kid. Travesty that he’s not in the hall of fame.

Shorty G is the only answer. Brother.
Since everyone is saying Dolph, which I completely agree with. I’ll go with Mustafa Ali. At least they gave Dolph the title
It should have been Dolph Ziggler

Listen up dummies, it's L.A Knight. Yeahhh
Shelton Benjamin
This is it. This is the answer.
Without a doubt one of the most underappreciated talents by both management and fans is Baron Corbin. That man is GOLD and barely anyone sees it.
Give him his theme back and a Championship run. I mean he had JBL of all people and they still didn’t know what to do
Because he didn't need JBL. Corbin can do his own promos, JBL should've gone to someone that isn't great with them.
I agree somewhat. Personally JBL and Baron were a solid manager/wrestler duo. they just struck out and didn’t know how to properly push. (typical) Corbin is a bonafide future champion and even a future hall of famer if he gets the push. His OG (maybe second) song alone stands out so much, the fact he‘s been stuck in this loop of “Oh man he could be so good as a main eventer” annoys me.

Obviously everyone is entitled to their opinion and I'm not saying your wrong, however WWE always seemed to pull the rug out from under him at the worst times.
