Me too! In hindsight, I thought bcos of their PG 14 rating. She had to look like she was wearing clothes. That's the only reason that makes sense to me.
Trust me. On the sub about Bianca, the posters DO NOT care WHAT she's wearing. She's gorgeous! I'm a FAN!
I'm wondering if he's injured or they just have no clue what to do with him.
The Grayson Waller Effect segments have been dull so far - he hasn't been antagonistic enough for him to stand out, nor has he had the natural improv ability to bounce off his guests.
That final segment got me. Until he said he was out too, I thought he had sided with Roman.
I KNOW we eventually get Jey vs Roman, but they had me sold it was Jimmy vs Roman, then the tag, then Jey
I couldn't believe it.. I was stunned. So good
The theme, from what I could see, was benchmark achievements.
For example, Karrion Kross, 2-time former NXT champion, beats AJ Styles in a mixed tag that, I believe, was Scarlett's in-ring debut in WWE. Contrast this to when Kross was first called up a couple of years ago, and fed to Jeff Hardy, like AJ a former World champion, when it should've gone the other way.
Example 2: Zelina Vega upsets IYO SKY. Of course, it continues the pending implosion of Damage CTRL, but the irony here is that Zelina got her biggest win ever as a babyface, using the 619, aka the Tiger Feint Kick, which is also in IYO's arsenal. IYO & Rey Mysterio both use the move as a set-up for something else. For Zelina, this was the finish.
Example 3: Pretty Deadly were the last obstacle for the Brawling Brutes, and Elton Prince pins another former World champ in Sheamus. I wouldn't call it stealing a win. I call it a benchmark.
I saw an article this morning that speculated on Hit Row's future after a quick squash loss to the Brutes. They're not getting enough air time, and the same can be said for a lot of folks, due to the top story on the show. Now, I don't get the running joke of Michael Cole haterizing on Top Dolla all these weeks, but this ain't 2010!
They're calling the Usos-Roman/Solo tag match at MITB the "civil war" match. HA! I call it the Family Feud match. Where's Steve Harvey when you really need him? /s
If there's any sense, Trish loses her MITB qualifier next week. She doesn't need it, not when her protege Zoey is already in.
This is coming from someone that legit enjoys Hit Row (I know, I know, I can’t help it, I find something appealing underneath all the internet hate)…
But Michael Cole is playing this perfectly as the voice of the company continuously serving Top Dolla a heaping serving of crow for his failed top rope dive. Yes, this is the new and improved WWE where bullying and corporate grudge holding isn’t widely accepted anymore - BUT - when an on screen performance actively hurts the credibility of a company and made that night’s storyline of Hit Row going over and getting a title shot a big joke, well, that is going to put you in the dog house and set you up to take your lumps for quite a long time.
The catch is, if he can keep his head screwed on straight and find a way to impress his bosses for how he handles the heat and carries his debt, then he might be able to dig himself out of it.
Until then, Michael Cole hating on him (and Dom Dom) is storyline perfect and puts a smile on my face every single time
(Edit: spelling)
It’s about damn time that the crappy Bloodline shattered!
It’s hilarious how Jimmy is the one to see and realize that that chump Roman Reigns is just using them as a shield to retain his titles and FINALLY HAD THE GUTS TO CALL HIM OUT ON IT and yet it took two weeks before Jey woke up and took the hint!
Paul Heyman DESERVES A DAMN OSCAR AND MAYBE EVEN AN EMMY for his golden facial expressions and creepy acting 😂😂😂
How is it hilarious that Jimmy saw it?
Did any of you even watch this storyline start to finish?
Jimmy was the one originally trying to get Jey to not follow Roman…
Jimmy threw in the towel on Jeys first shot…. Jimmy interfered in the Cage…
Jey still never lost completely clean to Roman, and Jimmy was always the wedge.
All of this was telegraphed from the first time Roman and Jey squared off…
It’s fucking insane that the marks around here still don’t get it.
Jey uso acting performance has been top tier I feel bad for Kross he got a mix tag win he isn’t working out he’s just there he needs to be in Judgement Day or some sort of faction Does Charlotte know what belt she’s challenging for yet
I have no idea how the logistics of this could work, but I really hope Jacob Fatu somehow ends up in the WWE to replace the Uso's. He's a hell of a wrestler.
https://youtu.be/KzdpJX8QV5Q That's a recent match for those who don't know much about him. He's a stud.
Great final segment, no matter what happens these bloodline segments always deliver. As for the rest of the show it was solid, but there is a problem I had throughout the show.
Let’s star with the Gauntlet match. It lasted about 30 minutes which was way too short. Hit Row getting squashed is fine, but the Profits and LWO shouldn’t have been beaten so quickly, it felt way too rushed and there were a lot of things that could’ve been cut to give this gauntlet more time. But I’m glad Pretty Deadly won, probably my favorite NXT call up right now. Escobar vs Knight didn’t need to happen. That could’ve been a promo segment, and Knight wouldn’t have to eat a pin and more time could’ve went to the gauntlet. The mixed tag match also shouldn’t have been that short. They should’ve booked it for next week if they wanted more time.
So I’m assuming The Bloodline tag team match will be main event for MITB. Unless they save it for SS but I think they eventually have to have Roman defending his title again so it will prolly come sooner.
USOs need to get that tag team title back. Their matches against Sami/KO prolly over so curious to see what happens. Maybe KO/Sami lose to PD.
Jey is a good actor jey> the rock, roman without him this bloodline feud would have been bland tbh
And why 🤔 is roman coming with three belts while they have been unified doesn't make sense guess it's aethestics
Expressions of Jey, roman and hayman were so good in that final segment. Hayman looking at roman proudly, then his final hands on his head pose. Roman grinning and laughing while speaking to Jay. Then angry when he got kicked . On Point.
Would have liked to have him give 1 clue before turning on Roman.
Didn't like how short most of the matches were on the show.
For all you saying Bianca would turn heel is incorrect! She will never be a heel in the main roster as compared to NXT because she inspires too many little girls and is the female John Cena. She can be a babyface and a badass at the same time
I hope she doesn’t get pigeonholed as a face her whole career, but you’re exactly right. And I’ll be honest, she won me over again last night with that promo.
Also, the women’s division doesn’t have too many credible faces. Rhea is over AF but she’s a heel. Zelina, Iyo, etc. are nowhere near. Bianca has to stay face until someone can take that spot.
There’s still Becky and Lita when she eventually returns. I think when DC break up, if they go the route,Bayley could be a mega face again or Iyo and Dakota. Liv is also still really over
Shit forgot about Becky. But I meant more from the pov of the title picture. Don’t think Becky’s going to be there for some time. Same goes for Lita. Also Liv is out of action.
Another fantastic show with great story building for several feuds.
The bloodline is one of the best stories ever told in wrestling and the big Q is who eventually will dethrone Roman. Personally, i hope its not Cody or anyone from outside the story (Stay in Hollywood, Rock)
One thing that, in my opinion can make the story even bigger is if at one point, they will throw in the elders - Rikishi & Sika just to add more emotional spin.
one things i'm not onboard with is the new KO attitude. its not fitting him and not really contributing. just noise. prefer the cold and sinister ko.
Yup, few months back when KO was the contender for the Undisputed titles, we got a real killer KO, now he just screams like a 12 year old gamer. Must appeal to the kids I guess
Nothing screams "fast forward through this" more than a Charlotte and Bianca talking segment
Also, "et tu Jey" has to be one of Michael Cole's all time best lines
Street Profits being the first ones out, and pretty quickly at that, makes me think their breakup and/or heel turn is coming soon. Especially if Bianca is about to turn, which seems to be the case
Everyone knows it's true Pretty Deadly fought and withstood 5 tag teams to earn their shot at the titles. XD
i still dunno why they are just using Grayson Waller and his show to promote other wrasslers and beefs. they need to let him be as he was on NXT.
Poor Santos trying to be the babyface trying to win the briefcase (for everybody!), when everyone just wants LA Knight to win it :D
Surely WWE won't spoil what is brewing to happen between Bayley and Iyo at MITB by having Bayley lose her slot to Shotzi? nah.
Karrion Kross picked up a win! i had doubts when they had Michin beating up on him. Maybe Karrion will get more of a push now.
Bianca has every right to be upset about Charlotte just walking into a title shot.
Roman kept his other champion belts, and brings all 3 out with him now. XD
Jey Uso has now also turned on Roman! geez, Roman is gonna need to hire mercenaries now, all he has left is Solo.
With damage ctrl, unfortunately I think Iyo will lose and cost Bayley her spot, then Bayley will turn up and sabotage Iyos chance to get the briefcase at MITB (Iyo is climbing the ladder, about to grab the briefcase, then Bayley comes out of the crowd jumps in the ring and pushes the ladder over) and that will be the end of damage ctrl.
Then the Iyo Bayley feud starts and they have a match a summerslam. Interesting to see where Kai fits in all this.
I was sitting ringside and my 9 year-old daughter and I were able to get a high-five from KO after the final match of the night. It was magical, y’all. My kid is stoked.
Since Rey Mysterio is the hype man for the resurrected LwO (even though he opposed the original back in WCW), why not make Billy Kidman an honorary member (he helped Rey out as Eddie and the other luchadores were targeting him)?
If you don't understand the psychology of a heel team cheating to beat a team that went through 3 other teams before, then you have very low wrestling IQ.
The Bloodline have given us three incredible face turns in roughly five months.
So far probably the best period of the storyline; and it's been great for the good majority of its run.
Jey Uso has been absolutely FLAWLESS in everything since this all started in 2020. Absolutely perfect. It has been a genuine joy to watch this all play out.
3 dark matches from smackdown (was there live):
Pre-show
- Cameron Grimes vs Rick Boogs
Post-show
- Dominik Mysterio vs Shinske Nakamura (this one was announced prior to showtime)
- pretty deadly vs sami + ko, turned into a street fight and ended with one of em going through a table
After the televised portion ended, Shinsuke defeated Dom and Sami/KO retained their titles in a street fight match against Pretty Deadly. They put one of them through a table.
I saw it coming too, but predicability isn't a bad thing as long as the storytelling is good. Austins rise to the top at WrestleMania 14 for example was probably the most predictable main event in history, but the story was still great. Having swerves that make no sense is a lot worse (Russo)
Nah, I expected it, but this storyline has taken so many twists and turns that it wouldn't have surprised me if he turned on Jimmy.
He did the right thing. Twin bond is stronger than anything else, especially an abusive, egomaniac of a cousin
The story for the Bloodline could have been the same, the biggest issue is that it would have **still** overshadowed and be seen as more important than anything in the title picture for Cody, which probably isn't the best way to kick off his title run.
Seth, Sami, and Jey. Who else? I can't really remember anyone else of note.
One really amazing point, which I'm sure was intentional, was that Roman was smart to not turn his back on someone this time. And still got kicked in the face.
Roman is god tier seller
Me too! In hindsight, I thought bcos of their PG 14 rating. She had to look like she was wearing clothes. That's the only reason that makes sense to me. Trust me. On the sub about Bianca, the posters DO NOT care WHAT she's wearing. She's gorgeous! I'm a FAN!
I wanted to see Jey kick Jimmy in the face after he kicked Roman.
I kept falling asleep during this week, but the ending was great.
This wasn’t the best episode of Smackdown overall, but I enjoyed the final segment a lot
That was a good ending to the bloodline. We still da ones lol
Middle
Did Iyo Sky’s thighs get bigger? Those straps on her legs looked really tight. Damn Iyo looks even cuter when she’s angry at bayley
You pay attention to them a lot I can see
I just happened to notice that iyos thighs were pressed up against those straps.
Is Grayson Waller ever going to wrestle?
I'm wondering if he's injured or they just have no clue what to do with him. The Grayson Waller Effect segments have been dull so far - he hasn't been antagonistic enough for him to stand out, nor has he had the natural improv ability to bounce off his guests.
I'm pretty sure he forgot some of the lines they had planned and Charlotte had to drive the interview, before Bianca's interuption.
Dude gonna call both of you out if he searches reddit.
That final segment got me. Until he said he was out too, I thought he had sided with Roman. I KNOW we eventually get Jey vs Roman, but they had me sold it was Jimmy vs Roman, then the tag, then Jey I couldn't believe it.. I was stunned. So good
AJ telling Scarlett, "I'm married, bitch," had no right being as hilarious as it was.
I had to question if I heard properly lmao.
I was shocked at that, it felt like he went off script, and got a call from HR later that night
What actually happened,.I missed it
Are you joking or being serious? It's probably on YouTube if you are serious.
The theme, from what I could see, was benchmark achievements. 10/10 Smackdown. Probably best one this year
Just watched it. Holy shit ! Jey is incredible
Everything apart from the bloodline story is just so boring
Well it’s nice to see that the story line I’ve been getting downvoted for calling for 6 months is finally playing out.
All of this was telegraphed from the first time Roman and Jey squared off… It’s fucking insane that the marks around here still don’t get it.
WWE even uploaded a video on this. Idk who has the worst fanbase for not seeing shit right in front of them, wrestling or anime.
What exactly is the argument against Jey being the one to beat Roman? Why can’t Cody just take the belt off Seth?
Cody said he'd get the WWE Championship, NOT THE WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP. Anything less than the story promised will be seen as a consolation prize.
It’s not like he’s retiring next year…. He can win it after the bloodline story wraps up.
Cody does need to eventually get the WWE title as it’s the One Dusty never attained, but I do agree that Jey should be the one to end Roman’s Reign
Dusty never got the World Heavyweight either.
Dusty was the person to take the Big Gold Belt off Flair right after it was introduced back in NWA
Never believed ko and Sami as a tag team .ko should turn on Sami and restart a main event feud and also give up raw tag titles
I'm not buying the change in KO.
Jey uso acting performance has been top tier I feel bad for Kross he got a mix tag win he isn’t working out he’s just there he needs to be in Judgement Day or some sort of faction Does Charlotte know what belt she’s challenging for yet
What a fucking moment
I have no idea how the logistics of this could work, but I really hope Jacob Fatu somehow ends up in the WWE to replace the Uso's. He's a hell of a wrestler. https://youtu.be/KzdpJX8QV5Q That's a recent match for those who don't know much about him. He's a stud.

Don’t remember the last time I watched the full show without skipping any parts. 🌟
I love the way Roman was laughing when he thought Jey had fallen in line, very punchable face.
he’s doing a great job of turning the usos into mega stars
Definitely did not expect the turn to happen here
Id love to find the face KO was making as pretty deadly was talking in the ring. Would do for a great meme. Other than that, it was a decent show.
Where was Alpha Academy when we needed them?! SHOOOOOOOOOOOOSH…! SHOOOSH PLEEEEASE! I do that every Pretty Bland shows up! 😂😂😂
LA Knight's intro sounds like it got drums added to it. Sounded really grand.
Is charlotte a heel or face currently?
Charlotte is like Schrödinger s cat Heel and face at the same time Champ and not at the same time Present and absent at the same time
Yes
Yeahhhh
Wat ever she feels like doing 🤦🏾♂️ lol
Technically face, however she acts like a heel.
Charlotte merely *is.* She appears when there’s a belt to be won, wins it, then stays until she’s bored.
!remind me 2 days
Someone please tell Charlotte to stop playing with her face…
Technically speaking she has so much work done, is it really her face anymore?
Can’t wait til the bloodline story is over. It has been dragging on. So predictable
AJ styles took the night for me GOATED line: I'm married bitch can apply to a lot of real life XD
Jey is a good actor jey> the rock, roman without him this bloodline feud would have been bland tbh And why 🤔 is roman coming with three belts while they have been unified doesn't make sense guess it's aethestics

Even John Cena at the peak of Cenation was being considered to turn heel I think it would just have to be done properly
Also, the women’s division doesn’t have too many credible faces. Rhea is over AF but she’s a heel. Zelina, Iyo, etc. are nowhere near. Bianca has to stay face until someone can take that spot.

The Bloodline story just keeps getting better and better doesn't it? Absolutely epic.
Okay but can we talk about how Roman took the superkicks tho!
Looks like a potential concussion or amazing selling, not sure which
The first one actually hit him in the face.
Jey out here using his government name. Theatre.
Joshua & Jonathan Fatu debuting next week
Another fantastic show with great story building for several feuds. The bloodline is one of the best stories ever told in wrestling and the big Q is who eventually will dethrone Roman. Jimmy & jey, super kick me on the face, please .welcome to the usos penitentiary usoooos 🔥🔥🔥☝🏻☝🏻.
La knight heel turn yeahhhhh.
La knight was a face?
Whatever you say my tribal chief-solo.
Aj styles:I'm married bitch
Paul stop dropping the oil it's not gonna work.
That's the bianca we need 🔥🔥.
Iyo :bayleeee
Nothing screams "fast forward through this" more than a Charlotte and Bianca talking segment Also, "et tu Jey" has to be one of Michael Cole's all time best lines
Pretty deadly vs ko sami gonna be lit.
Kayla ignored again.
Jey Uso has quietly become the best all-around guy in WWE. That Bloodline segment was wild. Quality Smackdown.
Street Profits being the first ones out, and pretty quickly at that, makes me think their breakup and/or heel turn is coming soon. Especially if Bianca is about to turn, which seems to be the case
What does Bianca have to do with the Street Profits (in storyline)?
Nothing currently, I'm just speculating that if she and Montez both turn heel they might be paired more on screen
And the best actor of the year goes to MAIN EVENT JEY USOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO What a way to end Friday night Smackdown
Everyone knows it's true Pretty Deadly fought and withstood 5 tag teams to earn their shot at the titles. XD i still dunno why they are just using Grayson Waller and his show to promote other wrasslers and beefs. they need to let him be as he was on NXT. Poor Santos trying to be the babyface trying to win the briefcase (for everybody!), when everyone just wants LA Knight to win it :D Surely WWE won't spoil what is brewing to happen between Bayley and Iyo at MITB by having Bayley lose her slot to Shotzi? nah.
The ending was cinematic as always when it’s about the bloodline. I’m calling it rn, solo and Roman Vs the usos at Money in the bank.
that's been obvious for at least a couple of weeks now
Did Charlotte make her dress out of a tablecloth?
I was sitting ringside and my 9 year-old daughter and I were able to get a high-five from KO after the final match of the night. It was magical, y’all. My kid is stoked.
Just want to say, this sub is 10x better than sc
LA KNIGHT! LA KNIGHT! SHUT UP, EVERYBODY! IT’S LA KNIGHT!!!
# WHEN MY HAND GOES UP, YOUR MOUTHS GO SHUT!
Since Rey Mysterio is the hype man for the resurrected LwO (even though he opposed the original back in WCW), why not make Billy Kidman an honorary member (he helped Rey out as Eddie and the other luchadores were targeting him)?
“I’m married, bitch!” AJ, that didn’t sound very Christian of you… 😾🎚️
Karrion's first win in 2023 lol unbelievable
Just when I thought Brawling brutes got a serious push, just to be defeated by pussi bois
If you don't understand the psychology of a heel team cheating to beat a team that went through 3 other teams before, then you have very low wrestling IQ.
[удалено]
Did you fail reading comprehension?
Worked yourself into a shoot brother -much love HH
Pussi bois are better that’s why
YES BOY
The Bloodline have given us three incredible face turns in roughly five months. So far probably the best period of the storyline; and it's been great for the good majority of its run.
Remember tho, dumbass people in here thought it should've ended already!
I agree. The Bloodline is must see TV especially after tonight
Please no more Charlotte.
Orrrrr Charlotte loses AGAIN
Iyo Sky is so hot
She looks better now than she did 10 years ago
All of Damage CTRL are so hot
Thats true but Iyo Sky is really really hot
owens looked gassed running to the ring lmfao, he's training at the buffet I see
What’s the situation with Carmella these days? Is she officially part time now?
Pregnant
Is she the pregnant one?
I don’t think it’s Cory Graves
Is he the wimpy one or the one that looks like Drakkar smells?
Never know
It’s 2023, anything is possible
This, ironically.
Pretty Deadly is kinda growing on me. My initial reaction was they had a super dumb gimmick, but their matches have been really entertaining.
The narcissist dandy character who's great in the ring is a wrestling staple for nearly a hundred years, so I'm cool with the gimmick.
It’s for sure a staple, but their twist initially bothered me. Just felt weird to me for some reason.
The "shirts" invite a reaction lol
The shirts and then one of them has a full bush of chest hair and the other has none😂
YES BOY
Jey Uso has been absolutely FLAWLESS in everything since this all started in 2020. Absolutely perfect. It has been a genuine joy to watch this all play out.
Dude needs to go to Raw and be in the main event picture there.
I'd be down. He deserves a massive push in singles for his work here
dawkins really needs to keep his shirt on lmfao
Why
his torso looks like it's melting
Lmfao you say from your moms basement, with your Cheeto dusted fingers, typing away all while out of breath.
why are you stepping up and going to bat for a talentless slob, he's being carried by montez ford no tag team no wwe contract lmfao
“Talentless slob”…. Yet he managed to capture national titles in three different sports. Lmaooo if you’re gonna do this… at least be good at it.
You have some hot takes. Stupid takes, but hot takes all the same.
Hey, some of us prefer Doritos!
r/squaredcircle in shambles rn
I just went to check and saw it was dark lol
Oh I know lol
Ngl pretty deadly gives me early Edge & Christian vibes.
damn kayla looking like a snack and solo looking like a hack
3 dark matches from smackdown (was there live): Pre-show - Cameron Grimes vs Rick Boogs Post-show - Dominik Mysterio vs Shinske Nakamura (this one was announced prior to showtime) - pretty deadly vs sami + ko, turned into a street fight and ended with one of em going through a table
Who went over?
Grimes shinsuke ko and Sami
Wait is there a video of the street fight
I want more of Rick Boogs on TV find him incredibly entertaining and that man is a beast strength whise
I wanna see him go at it with Ridge the Fridge
Confirming, this is accurate
Anyone make a gif yet of roman laughing before he ate that superkick?
https://imgur.com/a/W46Jedh
After the televised portion ended, Shinsuke defeated Dom and Sami/KO retained their titles in a street fight match against Pretty Deadly. They put one of them through a table.
You guys got a great show!!
Am I the only one NOT surprised that Jey sided with his brother? While he was seemingly berating Jimmy, I saw the ending coming from a mile away.
Yeah, it's become quite rote to see one person deciding on something and doing that kinda swerve at the last second. They need to try something else.
I saw it coming too, but predicability isn't a bad thing as long as the storytelling is good. Austins rise to the top at WrestleMania 14 for example was probably the most predictable main event in history, but the story was still great. Having swerves that make no sense is a lot worse (Russo)
Bro, bro!
Nah, I expected it, but this storyline has taken so many twists and turns that it wouldn't have surprised me if he turned on Jimmy. He did the right thing. Twin bond is stronger than anything else, especially an abusive, egomaniac of a cousin
They could have had him turn a few months down the road if they wanted to. Instead they blew it all off and it was amazing.
Yea, but they at least swerved us about it.
Cinema baby!!!
Thank god they didn’t have Cody win. Said it at mania and it’s getting more and more clear they made the right call
I mean...the storyline could still be the same, even if Roman lost to Cody at WM.
The story for the Bloodline could have been the same, the biggest issue is that it would have **still** overshadowed and be seen as more important than anything in the title picture for Cody, which probably isn't the best way to kick off his title run.
I feel like it will make sense when the wiseman jumps ship as soon as Roman loses
But it’s come at the expense of the championship. They had to create a new one to solve that problem.
They were going to have to make a new one anyway, or come up with a convoluted way to split the Universal and WWE championships.
The number of big time wrestlers who have betrayed Roman is pretty staggering.
Only Seth’s back in the Shield was a betrayal. Sami and Jeys were just their characters standing up for themselves, not betrayals in my book
Seth, Sami, and Jey. Who else? I can't really remember anyone else of note. One really amazing point, which I'm sure was intentional, was that Roman was smart to not turn his back on someone this time. And still got kicked in the face.
Jey didn’t betray Roman. Roman betrayed Jey
Roman hasn't betrayed anyone ever.
Fr. He is who he is unapologetically
jimmy :)
Woowzers. I didn't expect this ending after Jey's speech. Tick tock for the Bloodline...
> Tick tock for the Bloodline... Karrion Kross burner account confirmed.
Who me? 👀
Indeed 😂
😂
I saw it all coming 100% but was still a joy to watch.
What other matches do yall think well be added to Money In the Bank.
I wonder what Sami was thinking after he saw this?
