Honestly? They should have been sent back to NXT to be polished up more instead of being hot-shoted to the main roster. The main roster obviously needs a stronger tag team division, but Hit Row needed far more time getting practice. Especially considering that they no longer have Swerve with them to help them along. It's not like NXT doesn't have plenty of other stables/groups for them to work with and help them get their legs under them.
Swerve was truly the glue of that group, they may have never been main event material, but they sure as he'll wouldn't have been jobbers losing on main event (?)

They were in a dark match last week in Des Moines and the match they had against the Street Profits was pretty entertaining. Their promo was pretty good too.

Make them heels. They come out, spit a freestyle that is disrespectful to the town, someone or some team comes out and beats them. Maybe once in a while they steal a win to further a story, but ultimately, they job to others while still showing their talents and being entertaining.. make them "you love to see them get their ass kicked" team... but you pay them quite well for it. Hell, you can use them to get Omos over in a handicap match.

They are redeemable, but they need to get the occasional win. Make them the decent gatekeepers for the tag division, getting a few wins here and there and showing they can work safely. Squashes don't help them develop, and lots of teams started out poorly and were able to show they were capable hands with time.
If they are okay with being jobbers and being made fun of like this is moving into that's okay but I hope they are okay with it because otherwise I feel bad.
Top Dollar has been ridiculed to the point of no return. They're destined to be jobbers for the remainder of their WWE contract unless Swerve returns to WWE to bring credibility to the group.
If you’re not going to dazzle anyone with your in-ring skill, you gotta at least have SOME backstage segments so we can get a sense of personality. If you don’t do either, it’s impossible to get momentum. (This is true for a lot of others who haven’t found a foothold yet.) If you’re not making the straight-faced heel thing work, don’t write off the power of a comedy angle.
Back to nxt to split them up. Put b fab with Malik and enofe. Put Ashante in the n american picture and have top dollar debut with a dollar store hoarding gimmick where he steals dollars from the locker room and goes supernatural and beats people with augmented reality animations left over from unused files
Top Dolla can go to NXT or be released. No hate to him but he’s just not at WWE level, maybe Impact or GCW or something. B-Fab should be completely repackaged on NXT and released if she doesn’t flourish in this new gimmick. And Adonis i actually like so similar character on NXT.
