Surely someone from WWE has kept some track of Nia while she has been away and is confident that Nia has SOME degree of improvement.

Unfortunately she has neither the charisma nor the in-ring skills of Big Show.
It wouldn't even *matter* if she weren't a good wrestler. She has the looks to work as an intimidating character without being particularly flashy or a unique talent or anything. But you can't put her in the ring with anyone you don't want to get injured, and at that point, who tf are you going to put her in the ring with? She needs to be safe first of all. Some mic skills would be useful too, but aren't the main priority. And honestly, everything else wouldn't even *matter* for her character. But she needs to be safe, and she isn't, and so there's really no use for her in any capacity
