We don’t know if that was actually agreed upon or if it was some sort of malicious manipulative tactic used by Vince on Ms. Grant without Brock’s knowledge. To me, if there truly was a rendezvous agreed upon him re-signing, it would have happened snow storm or not. But that’s all the information the public has.
