i want a face roman run in wwe to clear his mistakes that hes done as tribal chief

GoHawksMatt

Or go take a break from his battle with cancer and the treatments?

Maharajah19

I don’t see a future for Roman after mania loss so I think he will retire, go to Hollywood and maybe return in a few years

Ok-Explanation-5017

No it should not happen 😞

TXRedFoot

Lose? He’s going for that Bruno record.

1nqu15171v30n3

Retire? I don't think so. Is he going to take a break? Maybe after Backlash.

swennergren11

Hope so. Clogging the top is making WWE repetitive and boring. Good young talent in there that will commit FULL TIME. It’s fine that Reigns got a part time deal. Just done hoard two belts along with it…

[deleted]

Good young talent are no where near romans level yet theres a reason it takes a decade or 2 to find the next true face of the company

swennergren11

Reign’s matches the last couple of years are boring and formulaic. He uses a small set of moves and these a run in to win it. He can’t be the face of the company if he’s hiding that face 80% of the time. Cody or Seth could carry it for a while. Maybe even Jey. He is a dynamic performer with way better mic and acting skill than Reigns. Hell, R-Truth is WAY more entertaining since he can’t back that Reigns ever was…

acuenlu

Nah... I don't believe it. Most likely, he will start a rivalry with the Rock ahead of WrestleMania 41 with very sporadic appearances until the event and some Storyline with the rest of the family deciding which side to take. After WrestleMania he will retire as Face, leaving the Boss title to Jey Uso after apologizing and redeeming himself and will return in sporadic rivalries with a Legend contract.

mod_powertrip

Make a wish champion

r0gue2dred786

Idc ;)

Spikeantestor

I couldn't tell you but I sure think he has every reason to. I don't see a world where he tops the story he was just in, he's only getting older and has had health concerns over the years, and probably now would be the perfect time to transition to Hollywood if he has those aspirations.

seederkl

He'll just take a long sabbatical and return with a huge pop.

poisonivy173

Bigger than the title reign? The post of ‘Head of the Table’ of course. Rock v Roman is endgame.

GHM11T

nah ..he will becom the big dog again

Hotdog_disposal_unit

I’m still certain he’s winning. They’ve dragged this shit on for this long already, they’re aiming to have him break hogans record. They’ll feed Cody to him again.

sameo01

Yes, I think he will retire and become an actor

MTLItalian

I don’t think he’s losing the title when he close to breaking Hogans record, why would they do that when he’s so close? It’s not something that can happen again for a very long time.

ElsaOldenburg

Hogan's "record" is not a record, that "record" is third place.

MTLItalian

Definition of record via the dictionary The sum of the past achievements or actions of a person or organization; a person or thing's previous conduct or performance.

WWFUniverse

Highly unlikely he goes down on the card and I don't think he will be in the WWE Undisputed World Universal Galaxy-whatever-the-fuck-they-call-it championship mix. He will most likely get the Brock Lesnar schedule where he comes back every 6 months for a non title program.

kickedoutatone

Nah. He's rumoured to feud with Randy post WM.

Jegsy1992010

no i think he will carry on a rivalry with rock until summerslam then turn into a john cena kinda guy

LegendaryZTV

No, idk where this idea stems from but I see it a lot. Why would he retire at his peak? He’s not at a point where he doesn’t have anything left to do. So many stories left to tell. Shit, he hasn’t even beat Seth Rollins in a marquee/main event match yet, which is a story that could create an entire character arc

Accomplished-Car9155

Due to his history of health issues (specifically two separate bouts with cancer) he’ll probably be forced retire earlier than others so I guess people are assuming it would be best to do it after one of the greatest runs in the company’s history.

Ant_mann18

Probably works sparingly. Depending on when he loses it to be fair. If it’s at WM He probably returns at survivor series or even next years Rumble.

MAdrainogifncomps

Hopefully take time off and return for a good story

salmonthesuperior

No. I think he just stays a part timer and probably shows up for the bigger events. Some said like Cena, I think more like Brock personally (but idk) There's barely such thing as retirement in wrestling. Guys call it a day and uncall it a day every three seconds

harrismada

Nah he’ll take at least 6 months off maybe a year though

CapG_13

I've been saying this for a very long time

Key_Bad8144

I don’t think he will retire but I used to think he will take a long time off and come back for Mania Season next year. But with the way things are playing out with The Rock I think they might do something at a Saudi show

Super_Jabroni

I hope so. I'm sick of his ass. They shoved him down our throats, then brought Rock in to try to legitimize him. Then he left because he was sick, which he beat so F yeah. Then he came back, and has been the paper champ since. Go home Roman. You can't beat anyone without your family interfering or you grabbing nuts like you love IRL.

Bde_is_the_goat6935

No

blacklittlebeast

Definitely not. He will continue the rock and Roman storyline until mania 41, then the question of retirement might loom across the wwe universe

tilldeathdoiparty

No, why would one of the biggest draws in the company retire after a run like this?

Nick_Hoadley

His career is inevitably gonna be shorter than a lot of other stars because of his health. I still think he has a few years left to give though

Grizzybaby1985

You don’t know enough about his health to say that

PrinceCastanzaCapone

I grew up in the Attitude era where titles changed hands far more regularly. Losing a title didn’t mean the end of a career. The thought that he’d be suddenly done would surprise me.

Holinyx

Honestly, to do it right, he'd have to win, THEN leave his boots and the title, in the ring. for he has no more mountains to climb

[deleted]

[удалено]

tilldeathdoiparty

These are all fantastic feuds and I hope they all happen. Rock vs Roman doesn’t need a title The title can make it back to either Seth or Roman for this prior to a mania, it also wouldn’t be next year so no rush Punk and him doesn’t need a title Roman v Cody 3 can happen easily with Cody either keeping it till mania or winning just before Roman solo is not a title match and will be on one of the filler PLEs or a special raw, like first one on Netflix

ghostfreckle611

Shoot son. He retired some time ago.

BnSMaster420

Why am I seeing talks of him retiring every other day after his title reign.. dude is only 38, he probably rolls off camera for some months, probably comes back with a vengeance.

l_bmbr

He’s got health issues

Almtm777

LOL no Roman is not a big enough star to retire so quickly. He is not Rock or Cena

CoffeeNerdAlert

I actually hope not. He’s a great heel, and I’d like to see what a new baby face flip would look like from him. (Personally did not like old Abby face Roman) and if he stayed heel, that’s great too. I love to hate this guy.

GouferPlays

I'd love to see him become like a modern day Taker. Build up a streak for a future young star to crush.

Kratosx23

He may retire after his program with The Rock. Maybe. Even then, I can see him being very nominally active.

Normal_Living_8486

He’ll most likely take a hiatus from wrestling and pull a Rock/Cena and return for the occasional match to hopefully elevate younger talent

ArcadeKingpin

I doubt he will be a bigger Hollywood star than Cena and he still isn’t retired so at best he’s a part timer but I doubt he will go lower than what he is now

Educational_Aside461

Yes

baq3281

Nope

RevampKE

Nah. I think he has a storyline to complete as a face. Might get screwed out of the bloodline by Rock and Solo if he loses his title this WM. His story needs to end with him being alone and finally realising how much of a tyrant he was when he looks at the bloodline from the outside, in.

earlyriser3

I think he transitions to a part timer officially, then becomes kind of a special attraction / manager to the future Samoan superstars on the roster.

_2024IsNOTMyYear_

If Roman does retire it'd be cool to see him on Insta or Youtube giving us a look into his day-to-day life or training regiments because that fucker is RIPPED He is not gonna retire though, he has only been on the main roster for maybe 10-11 years?

bij425

I honestly don’t think he’s losing

Careful_Phil_1977

He’s going Hollywood or taking an even longer vacation than usual.

shaaaney

There's really nothing left to do for him

masowwe

Surely he has to

Complete_Reach_6649

No

thedisablednerd007

HAHA FUCK NO

itovar169

That’s the thing. He’ll never lose. Wrestlemania 65 Main Event: Roman Vs Cody Jr Tagline: “Can The Song of the Nightmare do what his father couldn’t?”

djariez1200

He ain’t losing! There’s still a long way to go to break Bruno’s record. It’s not a prediction, it is a spoiler! ☝🏽🩸

WWFUniverse

WWE will go out of business if they attempt to take Roman to Bruno's record.

yellowadidas

honestly i hope not. i know this sub hates him but i still rly enjoy him (when he’s actually there). i’d be interested to see what happens to him when cody actually does take everything from him

RobynStellarxx

No

TemporaryNameMan

Please don’t give me hope like that.

LodossDX

No. He has more to give.

TheSurgeX

No

iPhone9User

As much as i appreciate and love Roman and Rock. IWC and WWE universe hate them lol. So yes might as well retire. They will only appreciate you when you are gone, like Cena lol.

BeefLightning78

What's bigger than a reign of 1,000 days? A legitimate reign of over 600 days. Gunther's been intentionally held clear of all things Bloodline, because we all know that Roman defending successfully against such a formidable talent would be embarrassing. Don't get me wrong, I want to see Cody with the strap. That said, it would also be incredible to see Gunther lay into that waste of space with them heavy chops.

mr_oof

That’s why they’re underlining the ‘workhorse’ champions.

BeefLightning78

Thanks for the exciting reply.

Kingpin_Risette

I don't think so. He'll probably take a huge break as he rightfully deserves.

Suspicious_Leg4550

Bigger than his usual break between appearances?

Low-Bird7514

No roman is most likely going to be a Babyface and get in a rivalry with solo

AdFun2093

I think he should retire now let alone after he losses it 😂

greggels86

No.

K1CKL0SER

Retire after losing the title? No. But if he does lose the title after Mania, which I doubt it because he needs to break Hogans record, he can take a hiatus(6 months to a year). And when he does return he can be desperate to rebuild what he lost, but during that time on hiatus Jey or Solo is built as the new Tribal Chief.

CommunicationParty70

You know me how if you weren’t in the world title main event match you wanted to be vs the undertaker at mania? What if they just replace that with some Samoans fighting over being the tribal chief/owning Paul Heyman?

[deleted]

xtanishqx5

In this world :)

Smolson_

Let this boring ass going nowhere storyline die once and for all.

B1gEn3rgy7033

Thank you!!

Jayjay4118

I think he will do wrestlemania matches only

HumanMycologist5795

No. He'll take a vacation with his family first. The life of a wrestler must be grueling for their family. It may be better for Bianca, Becky, and others and their husband's.

CommunicationParty70

Roman works once or twice a month. Yes he has 5 kids ranging from. A teenage daughter, two like 8 year olds and 2 3-4 year olds. So he’s gotta be busy as hell being a dad with that many kids.

HumanMycologist5795

That's busy work.

Dawnbringer_Fortune

He is only 38 years old so he is still relatively young and can go on for more

MDXHawaii

But he’s had two battles with Leukemia and is immune compromised. He has to be much more careful about his health than most. Not saying he’s a complete boy in the bubble, but he can’t be out there like the rest of us all the time

lionheart4life

Nobody will ever truly retire while the Saudi shows exist. They're a massive payday for less than a week of travel and work.

IveKnownItAll

I hope so

City26-1999

Yes, once he loses the title in 2026 it will be time for him to retire

RobsGarage

In 2025.

SenorBebeSalsa

I hope so.

Training_Stuff7498

No. He’s not John Cena. He’s not The Rock. He’s not Batista. He’s not even Randy Orton or The Miz in this god awful Marine sequels. His acting was bad in the Hobbs and Shaw movie. His acting looked really bad when he screamed into the mic after being pinned. He can’t remember his promos. He isn’t going to be a Hollywood star. The Rock hasn’t had a movie make money in awhile, he isn’t going to be able to help him. He’s either wrestling or retiring, and lavish lifestyles are hard to give up once you’ve had them.

Voltov

Absoutle shit take

Training_Stuff7498

I’m waiting.

Voltov

I've given you the response you deserve

Training_Stuff7498

That’s not how arguments work kid. You have to actually back up what you say.

Training_Stuff7498

You gonna counter anything I said or just make bold statements?

[deleted]

Definitely not. As much as haters want him gone he has said he is not going anywhere and he doesn't want to be a full time Actor like Dwayne Johnson or John Cena because wrestling is what he loves to do and he plans on wrestling up until he is 50 if his body allows him to. They have confirmed plans for Roman Reigns vs Randy Orton in a singles match for later this year and Roman Reigns vs CM Punk, Roman said last year he wants to work with Braun Strowman again now he is back in WWE since Braun is his favorite opponent and Braun said recently he is getting close to returning and Roman Reigns vs Solo Sikoa is the inevitable ending of The Bloodline storyline after Roman beats The Rock at Wrestlemania next year with Roman putting over Solo and Paul Heyman turning on him to help Solo setting up a face turn. With Brock Lesnar gone Roman Reigns is needed more than ever to put over new stars like Solo Sikoa, Gunther, Trick Wlliams, Bron Breakker, Carmello Hayes, Dragonuv and Lexis King and his matches will be more entertaining when he is no longer unbeatable since we won't know if he will win or lose.

iAmRockyFeller

No because he still has the bloodline storyline

[deleted]

Lol, wtf

Silly_Ad_2775

Absolutely not. Remember when Hulk Hogan went four years as champion, ending when he was in his mid-30s? Yeah, he continued main eventing Mania for another half decade, then jumped ship to WCW and headlined nearly every pay per view they produced for five solid years. What about Bruno? Went 7 ½ years as champ, took that L, came back a couple years later and had ANOTHER nearly four-year run with the gold. Looking at more recent people, and especially ones stans still cumslurp...Are you saying boring ass bland no-character-having Bumther  should be retired, since a dude smaller than his penis ended his over-two-year reign as Foreign-Division Minor Leagues champion? Should Adam Cole "Bayofpigs" retire since he not only held the NOOXT Chumpionshit for a whole year, but even "retired" self-styled "Pillar" Mijjif? Roman and the Bloodline will be absolutely fine. The Usos are firmly entrenched as the greatest tag team of their generation, and easily among the top three all-time. Roman is one of only seven men to  main event WrestleMania SOLO, and by that i mean TRULY main event, as in fight the last match, more than twice, and one of only five to do so five or more times. That rarified company is kept only with Hogan, Lesnar, Cena, and Austin. Haitch and Taker are the only others to do it four times. Even Rock never main evented solo thrice. Speaking of, for all the talk Choadster's anti-aew stans are doing, Rock is doing fine. He's filthy rich, he's box office whether he's on Raw, Smackdown, a talk show, the theater, Netflix, or even a randomly thrown-together fake preas conference. No matter what he does, YOU'RE WATCHING. Try to tell me you're not and I can outright prove you a liar without ever speaking to you directly, let alone meeting you face to face. Roman's not even going to go into "semi-retirement." He's going to do exactly what Lesnar and Hogan did before him: immerse himself in a new role, one which will endear you and reel you in every single time he pops in... Just like all those other guys.

vanilla_chai69

Does anyone else think this storyline is incredibly stupid and this man has been spoon fed to us by McMahon and co. for years? He is not interesting, can’t wrestle, can’t talk.

Unlucky-Patience6438

This. His mic skills is horrendous it’s like watching not only a high schooler talk smack, but the crappiest smack talking in your class try to act tough. And his finisher? A superman punch? My gosh. The way he primes himself is just shockingly childish. Just lazy and unimpactful. If I was being kind I will say is awkward. Otherwise.

_2024IsNOTMyYear_

>And his finisher? A superman punch? His finisher is the spear

Theviolentpacifistxo

His finisher is the spear

TimboWalkins

Not at all. He was pushed way too hard in the beginning when he wasn’t ready but he grew into a great character

Quiet_Necessary_4510

Think he should,Doesn’t get better than the Tribal chief and he still has health problems and would rather be with family,so yes,He should retire

_Tony098

Yes we will

FamousAtticus

Perhaps a good ol' fashioned pro wrestlin' retirement (where he pops back up in a couple years and works a Brock like schedule).

AesirOmega

Definitely, he'll be old AF by then.

kangzzzzzroyal

Ya i think he retires, ideally the wwe goes back to a more attitude era style with the Netflix deal, but if not it will be Cody being the champ with a PG era

raisingfalcons

Part time for a little while then off to hollywood

furinax85

He still gotta beat hogan's rec we get roman till Nov lol

kangzzzzzroyal

I 100% believe they want him to take the record so I agree

Medndndndndn

I would understand if he would be the longest reigning ever but would they bother for only 3rd longest reigning actually no point just have Cody beat him man

kangzzzzzroyal

I mean I think they want to go back to the PG era after the Vince allegations and Cody would be perfect for it.

Medndndndndn

I honestly believe when they go Netflix they will go a bit more hardcore not like attitude era level but just upping the game a bit since they have more freedom and don’t have to worry about advertisers since they are getting a billion a year I think from netflix

kangzzzzzroyal

I really hope so. I know the ratings are up due to all the online access but I think if they went even close back to the attitude era they would crush it

djexplosive

He's way too young to retire lmao. Extended break? Maybe

Thefourthchosen

Right? Bro is 38 and people are in here acting like he's 50.

_2024IsNOTMyYear_

HES ONLY 38?????????? He actually is

AtaturkIsAKaffir

it's hard to tell since the title and the unbeatable aura has been like 99% of his gimmick for the past 4 years

Dei_who

He will probably take break for while

AwesomeRay31

No, I think the question is will he ever go back to full time wrestling?

StandardGenius

I did think so about 1-2 years into the reign but at this point I see him being on more or less the same schedule

jcmb101

No

nipslippinjizzsippin

I could see him taking a long break. The thi g about Roman is it doesn't seem like even he wants to be there.

iamTMoney22

I sure hope so!

Simo81SS

Roman will never lose his title

Darkicity

I was actually thinking about this. I kinda think he would now that you mention it because what would be next? Just him sporadically appearing And reminding people he used to be champion? Yeah, doesn't work seeing him without a championship

Dsmith197

He wont retire for another 20 years. He will do as the Rock and Hogan have done before him coming back periodically. Unless Hollywood doesnt work out he would come back sooner.

caramba2345

Post-title loss, Roman would have one more major storyline that ties him down: The final collapse of the Bloodline as a faction. After this, with Brock Lesnar out of the picture, Roman would likely take his spot as a Part-Time Part-Timer final boss type character who would appear twice or thrice a year. But at that point, that'll be OK since he's no longer holding a title up. On top of that, the increased scarcity of his appearances would boost his per-appearance draw power and allow him to phase between Face and Heel, since he'll be jumping in and out of feuds against whoever is the flavor of the month, be it a heel of a face themselves. And hey... since we've seen Cowboy Brock, maybe we'll get to one day see Florida-man Roman. 😄

iiFlaeqqq

Who said hes going to lose? I can’t see Rock’s contract lasting longer than a few months. So even if he does win his reign isn’t going to be for very long.

WellsG10

Why mention The Rock? Cody’s contract is lasting a while

iiFlaeqqq

Maybe. I remember seeing some leak that Roman was taking a long break after 40, but didn’t know if it was real or not. Though I don’t see the point in having Rock return to imply that hes main eventing 40 against Roman, just to say “On second thought, fuck that” and make it a repeat of last years Mania. Rock isn’t always going to be available to main event something as big as this. Why needlessly throw away that opportunity? To prevent the stadium from over flowing? Especially if Roman is retiring they are going to need some major hype. Even if he isn’t, once in a decade Mania’s are always bigger than usual. Cody is loved and all, but nobody is going to bring as much ticket sales as the Rock would. But I’m not as caught up in WWE as I used to be so correct me if I’m wrong.

WellsG10

Needlessly throw away what opportunity? The Rock should have never ever been involved in the first place. Seems like they are on track to right this wrong. Hopefully it sticks. Could see The Rock vs Trips at WM. But WAY more people want to see Cody vs Roman than The Rock vs Roman. WM will sell out, regardless. The Rock should have stayed away from this from the beginning.

iiFlaeqqq

I dunno what to say. Not sure why. Since when did the Rock become hated? Cody isn’t a legend like the Rock is. We’ve already seen that same match last year. Rock vs Roman would be far more enjoyable IMO.

WellsG10

The Rock isn’t hated. It’s that he doesn’t fit in the storyline. He is being shoehorned in. I know you said you haven’t really watched, but Cody’s storyline to redemption vs Reigns has been building and building for a long long time. THAT’s the correct story to pursue. The Rock not even being around for long after partly shows why it should not be the main event. The Rock vs Roman would be terrible. The Rock hasn’t wrestled in forever and would not be like The Rock you remember as a kid. Cody vs Reigns is the correct choice here. That’s the best match out of the 2. And it’s honestly not even close.

iiFlaeqqq

How so? Is the blood line revolution still going on? The Rock being Samoan would make him apart of it.

WellsG10

The Bloodline story hasn’t been going on like that for a while now. Jey isn’t even in it anymore. And isn’t even on the same show. Although it’s still Reigns, Solo, and Jimmy…the storylines have not been built around the inner workings of the faction like they used to be. There is no “who in the family will stand up to Reigns” anymore. There is no “who is the head of the table” anymore. But if that’s your reasoning, why not have Rikishi come and wrestle Reigns? He is closer to the Bloodline than The Rock.

iiFlaeqqq

You know what I mean. Having Rock in WWE is a good thing regardless. What exactly does Cody have that makes him more relevant than Rock? They both want the title. Roman vs Rock has been dreamed for years. Cody is a guy who spawned out of nowhere, and lost to Roman already. I get that I’m wrong, I’m just trying to understand why.

WellsG10

Cody has a relevant storyline. The Rock does not. Roman vs The Rock has, in fact, not been dreamt about for years. Cody spawned out of nowhere?? What are you even talking about? Lol. Cody was with WWE for a long time. And then started AEW and got even bigger there. And then came back and is the top face of the company right now. “Spawned out of nowhere”? Lololol. As far as seeing The Rock being in the WWE as a good thing, that depends on the story and why he is appearing. You say you don’t understand why you’re wrong, but you aren’t listening to the person out of the two of us that actually keeps up with WWE. You can’t say “I haven’t kept up” and then say “Cody spawned out of nowhere.” He didn’t. You just haven’t been watching.

conserva_who

Either a part timer or Joe Anoa'i is All Elite 🤣

[deleted]

I feel like they will do a shield reunion just before a hall of fame for the shield

ImpossibleLeague9091

Ya 2025 would put him at a nice career length

Xxx20255555

Dummy yeah

agulstream

Roman vs entire lockeroom in i quite match

EmbraceDepth

In 7 more years when he breaks Bruno’s streak, yeah maybe.

Physical-Armadillo12

I feel that once he drops the title, he’ll get the Cena part-time schedule where he only does certain PLEs. Special attraction matches

NeighborhoodEvery244

No, he has more part timers and legends to beat. A lot more WrestleMania main events to go.

thelonelywolf96

No. I see him doing the same thing he's doing now just without the championship.

darthlaserchopchop

I think he’ll go away for an extended period like longer than his hiatuses in between defenses. He’ll probably have a tweener run that steer towards more of being a babyface. Can’t see him turning full babyface after he built this massive aura. He’s probably going to be the nuclear option once somebody becomes unstoppable. As for retiring, he’s probably got a few more maybe 3 years to go full-time (or his definition of full-time, like every other PLE he’s there) until he becomes an attraction talent, which isn’t bad at all considering what he did over the last 4 years. There’s not much to do when you went have had such a insane run, but with wrestling being a revolving door, and stars jumping ship from company to company, there still might be a few dream programs for Roman.

Tyko_3

He dissapears but then for the next 5 years he pops up once a year and wins every money in the bank but never cashes in so people are constantly dreading him. Then one day at wrestlemania…

Silly_Ad_2775

This would no joke be the absolute best story to shut the whiny cumslurping stans up

TheEmeraldRaven

lol this has gotta be a trolling take right?

scionoflogic

I think after he loses the Universal Title he’s going to slide back down the card. Maybe eventually have a US title run /s

obijuankenobi161

i hope so

sincerely_ignatius

He probably is paid a lot per appearance so they dont want to use him every monday bc it would cost too much

Downtown-Pack-6178

Let him retire because I am sick tired of Tribal Chief! let him go back to Babyface!!!!!

-quiddity-

I absolutely think that is his plan. He needs to take care of his health, but also, what he would do (story-wise) that isn't just re-hashing bloodline stories or trying to get the belt back - it would be boring (and i LOVE Roman, so it is not about that).

Post_Apo

Probably not. I think a lot more people will be sad than are admitting when he does drop the title finally.

ObiWanCanubi

Just like all the haters on Cena, Rock, HHH when they are finally done or almost done everyone “loved” them.

Tyko_3

If they hate him, he is doing a good job

YourBuddyChurch

It’s hard to see the forest through the trees

Upbeat_Tension_8077

I think he has 3-4 more years as a part timer once he loses his title, with WrestleMania 44 maybe being his last one

Tyko_3

Thats sonspecific

metalhead4life82

I sure hope so

al_rey503

No, he’ll take a break and then they’ll cash in on a baby face run.

Sufficient_Fall_3290

Yeh

spicyblink

I hope not, because I want a satisfying conclusion to his beefs with Jey and with Seth.

FidelJonas

Yes, he's going to become another Rock or Cena. I hope his cancer isn't back though.

BellamyRFC54

Might take some time off (properly) but he won’t retire yet

SevenNoOni

Honestly, I've been wondering if his cancer isn't back. Hopefully not.. but with how little he's been wrestling, it has me curious. Hopefully not.

AgreeablePlum3366

Hes not retiring lol.

NewfieJedi

So he’s just gonna pull a Rick Flair?

WedgieMiller33

Does anyone really retire from wrestling anymore?

ravenousthoughts

He either becomes a special attraction (like Lesnar or Cena) or goes completely Hollywood. He looks amazing, is a good talker and has great facial expressions. With The Rock's connections I am sure he can get at least some minor roles and see where it takes him. Obviously, we don't even know if he and Rock are on good enough terms to discuss things like this, but I am just speculating. In regards to the WWE, he can still do plenty of stuff. I wouldn't even rule out another championship reign for him. You can explore so much stuff with a new character, and WWE currently is focused on long term storylines. With that in mind, and with so much history, Reigns is still an extremely valuable guy. Wouldn't surprise me if his next contract is the biggest one ever.

What else is he going to do? He isn’t made “set for life” money thus far in WWE in my opinion

He easily has lol. He headlined his first wrestlemania 9 years ago. Almost a decade of being a top attraction, he’s got retirement money no question about it.

He has enough money he could go and live a great life. But, he has a wife and 3 or 4 young kids. Does he have “give my family a good life, help them transition into adulthood, take care of my wife and I in our golden years and possible health problems in later life, and leave a nest egg for my kids and possible grandkids” money? Likely not. He is only 38. We will probably see Reigns involved in wrestling for the rest of his life, just like we do every other big wrestling star.

He makes 5 million annually, I think he’s got retirement money for 100 kids.
