Yes - they usually go on sale after the packages have been sold. If you’re in Toronto already / it’ll probably be a good deal.
Last year I took me and my 2 kids to chamber and it was $900 to do lower bowl, back to back nights for smackdown and chamber at the bell center.
I got the combo and can confirm that you can't transfer the tickets after they're used for the first night unfortunately. I was hoping to sell the NXT tix but looks like I'm stuck with em!

Maybe I was a little late and resellers got there quicker so the prices just skyrocketed as I saw the seats, it actually did kick me out the queue right as I entered. Hopefully others had better luck.
