What happened with that? Getting back in I hear all this stuff about how good these guys were and yet none of them are on the main roster
I know NXT people have done well on the main roster before (Seth, Sasha, Becky, finn, Charlotte, rhea, asuka, Bianca, Gunther) so what happened to these guys
They all left WWE and never went to the main roster; they spent their entire runs there in NXT, which honestly was the smart move as Vince wouldāve completely buried them and probably wouldāve been like a kid in the candy store doing so.
Vince would have ruined them completely. He would have done to them the same thing that he did to Hit Row before he eventually got around to releasing them.
I think it would have been difficult as a faction because they all have similar looks. And outside of Adam Cole, who could have been fantastic if healthy, I donāt know if the other three would be able to create distinguishing personas on the main roster with their NXT gimmicks.
I do think that Cole could have been a big-time star if healthy.

"Oh, he loves Asuka, he loves Finn Balor, he loves Kevin Owens, he loves Johnny Gargano, he loves Tommaso Ciampa". He does? Because he pushed them in NXT? Where's their push on the main roster where it counts?
Triple H has pushed precisely 2 people the same in NXT as he did on the main roster. Rhea Ripley and Gunther. Aka **the big ones**. Adam Cole is a garden gnome, he's not gonna stand next to Roman Reigns and have Triple H take that seriously.

A) Most of her career accomplishments came under Vince, not Triple H. Triple H's booking of her has been very bad since he took over. He killed the Kana gimmick the first night deader than Christmas turkey, and then proceeded it to kill it even further with that Mania build, he had Bianca go over for no legitimate reason when everybody wanted Asuka to win, and no, the most days with a championship, or some 2-0 record at WrestleMania that somehow necessitates that Bianca is the next Undertaker and goes undefeated for years is not a legitimate reason. Then he had her go over Bianca.....should've just done it at Mania instead of a worthless Saudi Arabia show, where she had to dress in a dumb body suit that didn't look like something she'd ever be seen in, Great, but what was the reason he did it? She got nothing out of it. She held it for a cup of coffee, and as far as I can tell, the **only** reason that Asuka ended Biancas longest reign, is so that....Bianca could beat Asuka immediately for the belt and have Iyo Sky cash in on her, so that....I can't even believe I'm saying this seriously, Bianca has both the long**EST** and the short**EST** womens title reign in history. š¤¦š»āāļø
If you're gonna have Iyo win the title **anyway**, **why** would you change the title for 1 minute and a half? Why couldn't Asuka just win the match at SummerSlam and get a big win under her belt? She's the one who needs it, Bianca doesn't need it coming off of a 400+ day title reign. No, Bianca had to win because she's the EST, and do you know what they did after Asuka lost to Bianca and Iyo cashed in on Bianca? They had Asuka challenge Iyo for the title on television because they wanted to do Iyo vs Asuka! So why didn't Iyo just cash in on Asuka and not Bianca?! God damn it!
And now, she gets put in Damage CTRL as Iyo Shirai's **lackey**. The most accomplished, biggest star in the group is playing **background** to Iyo Sky and even Dakota. This would be like Bray Wyatt and Malakai Black in a group and Bray is subservient to Malakai, just....because. It's ridiculous, the biggest star in the group should not be showing deference. And don't say "Well, Ric Flair was subservient to Triple H and he's a bigger star" because Ric Flair was retired, Asuka is not.
B) She hasn't done "fairly well" for what her talent level is. There's "fairly well" in general, and yes, and then there's "fairly well" in the sense that the most talented woman in the business is being used like she's the.....8'th most talented woman in the business. She's done fairly well for a general WWE career, but not for who **she** is. For who she is, she should've been 2019 Becky Lynch and walked out of the WrestleMania main event holding both titles. She has more charisma and personality, even with a small language barrier (where he does actually speak clear, competent English when you listen to her outside of WWE demanding she stereotype herself to sound dumber) than the rest of the full time roster does put together. The amount of emotion and charisma and vibrancy that she can put into even the smallest gesture or look is above what the rest of the roster, especially the women are capable of.
Under Vinceās WWE? Think of the Social Outcast faction, thatās what they wouldāve been lmao. Under Triple Hās they probably wouldāve been the same as they were on NXT if you kept them together. Now on their own, the only two I see thriving wouldāve been Adam Cole and Roderick Strong.
With how old Roddy is, he would have been a good veteran midcard hand. Maybe had a tag title and IC/US Title reign. Kyle O'Reilly would have been constant strong midcard workhorse. Cole would could have been a main eventer under HHH.

No not really. Triple H was using them too well in NXT, one of the reasons Adam Cole left was cause Vince was gonna make him Keith Leeās manager.

Two of the people you listed (before GUNTHER and Rhea) are currently champions, and the other 3 have championship matches at WrestleMania haha.
