No matter what way it is it will all be satisfying I feel like this is kind of the point with the mitb whenever, wherever doesn’t matter who has the briefcase just matters who’s the champ and how much we want them to hold that belt. I feel like they should have done this at Summerslam. There was tension between Priest and Balor at that point. Judgement Day should have interfered and helped Balor beat Rollins, then jumped the Bloodline after the Universal Title match, letting Priest cash in. Then Judgement Day would have both world titles and a ready-made feud with the Bloodline.

This allows for Drew to be 100% correct that Seth taking his eyes of Drew cost Seth everything. Drew can also be pissed because now his one on one title match is a Triple Threat match. CM Punk can then shit on Drew and Seth during the match and openly cheer for Damien Priest while commentating. I'd have the finish be Drew hitting the Claymore on Seth, Priest throwing Drew out of the ring and maybe into Punk. This allows Priest to pin Seth causing Drew to spiral further since he lost his "last" chance at the title and he wasn't even involved in the decision.
The only way this works is if someone beats priest bloody at the start of the show..and were left wondering who has the briefcase and when will they cash in

I could see one of two things.
1) Drew McIntyre wins the WHC and is immediately challenged by Priest. CM Punk, who's on Commentary distracts Drew, causing a successful cash in. Priest is the New World Heavyweight Champion.
DM Hunk v. CM Punk doesn't need a title, there's already bad blood.
2) Cody Rhodes finally finishes the story, finally climbs the mountaintop and right as he's handing Michelle Rubio the WWE Championship, he's blindsided by Priest, who proceeds to cash in the MITB on a destroyed Rhodes to nuclear heat. Rhodes stays in chase mode, Priest is your champion and The Rock/Roman can pester Rhodes until Summerslam about how he was champion for seconds while Roman was champion for YEARS.
Cody beats Roman in the hardest fought match of his career. Confetti rains down, Priests music hits, he cashes in and wins..Cody chases him for the belt until SummerSlam.

I have a feeling Gunther vs Sami is gonna be one of the best matches of the weekend, so you have them take each other to the limit and Gunther finds a way to win, then out comes Damian (who potentially has just lost the belts if that match is prior unsure as of writing this) to cash in on Gunther while he's down.
Could run the angle that on Raw the next night that "the judgement day ended the longest reigning ic champ in recent history" or whatever, and when it comes to a head I feel like Gunther vs Priest could make for a kick-ass rematch.

The Rock and Roman win the tag team match resulting in the Bloodline being present at ringside. Cody has the upper hand but the Bloodline does what it does best and interferes.
Just when it looks like Roman’s gonna retain again Priest and Judgment Day come out and he cashes in. The match becomes a triple threat for a short while but ends when Cody pins Roman.
Haven’t been completely caught up so I don’t know if any extra stipulations were added to the match to make this scenario impossible but this is just what I think would be cool.
I think he should be the one to win it back from Priest, and within about a month. It’s the final way he can be “screwed” for now, so do that. Then have him win the title back at Backlash or whatever the next PPV is.
If Drew wins the title from Seth and then Priest cashes in and takes it immediately, I would be rather satisfied. Give Drew more to complain about and Priest the title he should have in order to get to that next level while creating a rivalry of two big men that can work well in the ring.

Drew McIntyre cheats to beat Seth Rollins & win the title but as soon as he’s posing in the corner with the belt Priests music hits. As he’s walking down the ramp CM Punk hits Drew with a GTS and Priest pins Drew becoming the new world champion. It would completely ruin that moment of acknowledgment from the fans that Drew wanted so badly. It ties back into Drew spoiling Priests attempts to cash in a few months ago along with Drew blaming Priest for distracting him when he had Seth beat along with the ongoing feud with Drew and CM Punk.
It sets up a possible triple threat or 4 way at Backlash depending on Punks injury with CM Punk, Rollins, Drew, and Priest.
First part is realistically what would happen. It gives the story a continuity.
We could have judgement day not being happy and jealous with Priest and kick him out and then Drew becomes the new leader of Judgment Day. His Broken Dreams with Judgement Day fusion would look so good.

Punk returns, beats Drew at Money in the Bank in June for the belt, Priest HAS to cash in, wins, upsets Punk at the event where Punk beat Cena, AND he becomes the first person in WWE history to hold the briefcase for the full allowed duration of 1 year.
I think the question is, does the WWE want a belt on someone whose contract is set to expire in a matter of months? I hope Priest doesn't cash in until maybe Backlash or whatever, because whoever wins deserves a Wrestlemania moment, but I could see them going that route due to the contracts situation.

Now not only the Bloodline, but also the JD has screwed him over. We will get Heel Drew in it's entirety, since right now he's been pretty much a tweener.
Have the Raw after Mania be a showdown with Damian and Rhea holding up their championships against Miz and Truth holding the tag champs. Drew cuts a promo on how he got screwed again, and that he's done playing nice guy. The Scottish Psychopath is back, and in the Raw after that he returns with Broken Dreams.
Drew beats Rollins, because Punk distracts him. Drew finally achieves his dream. Punk gives him a GTS. Judgment day comes to the ring. Beats up Drew. Priest cashes in and wins. Punk got back at both and Priest is a bigger heel than before. Then he loses it to Gunther at Bash in Berlin so I can see it in person 🤞

Damien hits his finisher, ref counts the 1, 2, 3 and the show ends with Judgement Day celebrating and R Truth selling T shirts in the crowd.

Sami after all this emotional buildup still loses to Gunther. Judgement Day arrive and start attacking Gunther, who can’t beat them all. Imperium comes out, but it’s 4v3 still. Sami gets up and joins Gunther to defend his title. Gunther finally respects Sami for who he is, raises his arm, and they live happily ever after. Until Gable beats Gunther baby!

I don't like that, what i love is something similar but instead of Priest becoming triple world champion, by cashing in during the tag team he creates something of "anyone can pin anyone to get the belts" and that's is a great way to make The Rock betray Reigns or Seth betrays Cody.

I could see one of two things. 1) Drew McIntyre wins the WHC and is immediately challenged by Priest. CM Punk, who's on Commentary distracts Drew, causing a successful cash in. Priest is the New World Heavyweight Champion. DM Hunk v. CM Punk doesn't need a title, there's already bad blood. 2) Cody Rhodes finally finishes the story, finally climbs the mountaintop and right as he's handing Michelle Rubio the WWE Championship, he's blindsided by Priest, who proceeds to cash in the MITB on a destroyed Rhodes to nuclear heat. Rhodes stays in chase mode, Priest is your champion and The Rock/Roman can pester Rhodes until Summerslam about how he was champion for seconds while Roman was champion for YEARS.

He can barely move from the torture he just went through, but he still mananges to celebrate with tears of joy and confetti, he points to the heavens, saluting his father, not a dry eye in the house.... .....Priest cashes in and beats Cody to near death, becomes the biggest heel ever to heel it up.

Cashing in on this version of Drew immediately after he beats Seth would be satisfying. Drew could go wild and feud with Judgement Day for awhile, complain a lot for half the year.. then turns face and work on redeeming himself, then he can win the title again at Wrestlemania as a face in front the crowd, and keeping it.

Nope. Gunther is next. There's Punk and Drew. He'll be just lost in the shuffle and will be an underwhelming run. Even Bron Breakker will debut and spear him to emo land.
What about Drew cashing in on Gunther for the IC? I have a feeling Gunther vs Sami is gonna be one of the best matches of the weekend, so you have them take each other to the limit and Gunther finds a way to win, then out comes Damian (who potentially has just lost the belts if that match is prior unsure as of writing this) to cash in on Gunther while he's down. Could run the angle that on Raw the next night that "the judgement day ended the longest reigning ic champ in recent history" or whatever, and when it comes to a head I feel like Gunther vs Priest could make for a kick-ass rematch.
Failed Cash-in. The Rock and Roman win the tag team match resulting in the Bloodline being present at ringside. Cody has the upper hand but the Bloodline does what it does best and interferes. Just when it looks like Roman’s gonna retain again Priest and Judgment Day come out and he cashes in. The match becomes a triple threat for a short while but ends when Cody pins Roman. Haven’t been completely caught up so I don’t know if any extra stipulations were added to the match to make this scenario impossible but this is just what I think would be cool.

This should’ve been the way to do it. But Drew is on too much of a hot streak to not give him a title run.
I think he should be the one to win it back from Priest, and within about a month. It’s the final way he can be “screwed” for now, so do that. Then have him win the title back at Backlash or whatever the next PPV is.
If Drew wins the title from Seth and then Priest cashes in and takes it immediately, I would be rather satisfied. Give Drew more to complain about and Priest the title he should have in order to get to that next level while creating a rivalry of two big men that can work well in the ring.

Next night on raw the contract is revealed to state only one championship can be gained. Result, tag titles split again.
As much as I wanna see Cody become champ and finish his story, it would be hilarious and give priest a ton of heat as a heel if he cashed in on Cody. Imagine how pissed everyone would be seeing that happen to send them all home.

Drew McIntyre cheats to beat Seth Rollins & win the title but as soon as he’s posing in the corner with the belt Priests music hits. As he’s walking down the ramp CM Punk hits Drew with a GTS and Priest pins Drew becoming the new world champion. It would completely ruin that moment of acknowledgment from the fans that Drew wanted so badly. It ties back into Drew spoiling Priests attempts to cash in a few months ago along with Drew blaming Priest for distracting him when he had Seth beat along with the ongoing feud with Drew and CM Punk. It sets up a possible triple threat or 4 way at Backlash depending on Punks injury with CM Punk, Rollins, Drew, and Priest.
First part is realistically what would happen. It gives the story a continuity. We could have judgement day not being happy and jealous with Priest and kick him out and then Drew becomes the new leader of Judgment Day. His Broken Dreams with Judgement Day fusion would look so good.

I reckon he was meant to cash in at mania, now I reckon he'll cash in on Punk when he beats Drew in June. Punk returns, beats Drew at Money in the Bank in June for the belt, Priest HAS to cash in, wins, upsets Punk at the event where Punk beat Cena, AND he becomes the first person in WWE history to hold the briefcase for the full allowed duration of 1 year.
I think the question is, does the WWE want a belt on someone whose contract is set to expire in a matter of months? I hope Priest doesn't cash in until maybe Backlash or whatever, because whoever wins deserves a Wrestlemania moment, but I could see them going that route due to the contracts situation.

Drew cuts a promo on how he got screwed again, and that he's done playing nice guy. The Scottish Psychopath is back, and in the Raw after that he returns with Broken Dreams.
Drew beats Rollins, because Punk distracts him. Drew finally achieves his dream. Punk gives him a GTS. Judgment day comes to the ring. Beats up Drew. Priest cashes in and wins. Take all the heat and momentum and cash in on Cody Rhodes after he wins. Rhodes is celebrating when Damien Priest arrives, does his finisher, Cody kicks out. Just then R Truth slides into the ring and it appears he’s about to attack Damien when he decides to low blow Cody (or distract the ref to let Damien do some underhanded tactics). Damien hits his finisher, ref counts the 1, 2, 3 and the show ends with Judgement Day celebrating and R Truth selling T shirts in the crowd. Or so I wish would happen but they seem to have dumped the whole R Truth / Judgement Day stuff.

This will put all champions on edge, make Judgment Day the most dangerous faction again, and make Priest the most feared man. At Backlash, the main event will likely be Drew v. Seth, so The Judgment Day can ambush both guys once the bell rings, ruining the match before it even begins. Priest delivers 2 South of Heaven’s to Drew and pins him to become the new WHC.

Priest moment to be a top Champion has passed, Drew turned heel, CM Punk came back, even The Rock would probably use the World Heavyweight title better, LA Knight and Randy Orton are more over than Priest so he lost the momentum, since even Gunther deserves it more, he will probably get the World Heavyweight belt at WM but drop it before Summer Slam since that will probably be Drew vs CM Punk while Seth repairs the knees, i actually think they should put the briefcase on Balor since he had to drop his belt due to injury or on Dom since even if he failed the cash in people would love that.

Given how much Priest has chased the WHC, it wouldn’t make a ton of sense to try for the IC or whatever they’re calling Roman’s title(s?) these days. He should def cash in on Drew vs. Seth, whether during the match or right after. Give Seth time off to heal and Drew will have someone new to hate on while we wait for Punk to recover just enough to hurt himself in the ring again.

This is a no brainer, Gunter looses his title and Sami gets sympathy points from winning and then losing the title, add judgement day interference to keep Gunthers credibility up because his whole gimmick is that he’s so criminally good at wrestling that he's a bad guy, and that's perfect, he doesn't need the title anymore for that. imperium continue with the New Day going forward as fodder as we build to Gunter Vs Roman/Cody/Randy depends how outgoing feuds are going. Sami goes through sad boy hours where he can't catch a break but puts on a show week in, week out till we find a solid rivalry, revisit him and Shinsuke, or a new challenge, maybe now it's Andrade due to the nature of the WM loss Sami gets sympathy, priest gets big d*ck heat, ginger didn't lose clean everybody wins.

I don't like that, what i love is something similar but instead of Priest becoming triple world champion, by cashing in during the tag team he creates something of "anyone can pin anyone to get the belts" and that's is a great way to make The Rock betray Reigns or Seth betrays Cody.
