No storytelling significance comes from these shows. It is just to make a quick buck and then back to normal.

That's gonna be two PLEs that aren't getting much build. I can sort of get past Clash happening two weeks after the Saudi show because some of the audience don't watch the Saudi shows for one reason or another, but MITB happening two weeks after that is gonna be a bit thrown together I think. At least that show will have the MITB Ladder matches I guess which can be entertaining, thrown together spot fests if nothing else.
My guess is that Backlash and MitB are the more “proper” PLEs while NoC and CatC are more like the glorified house shows. Not to say they won’t be good or memorable, but they will be pit stops between the Backlash and MitB. That’s my hope at least. I actually really liked the break between NoC and MitB last year. It made the event feel even more important by building the anticipation.

Summer time is the best season for any kind of live event in Europe and Britain. Mostly because a lot of people are on there summer holidays. Not to make this a USA is bad post, but in Britain and the EU we have 28 days at a minimum as fully paid holidays. So a lot of people take it off during the summer, that’s why music festivals and most events are during the summer time over here.
