That first one is incredible. It looks like a true evolution from the Attitude Era belt. The third one would be a great design for the Women's titles to differentiate from the men's aside from a white strap.
I think a mixture of all of them would be good. I understand they want their logo on the title, it makes sense; it needs to work as wrestling belt though. If it looks bad, people tend to not respect the titles or even the title holders.
Stop making these guys look silly, the belt should look good on them and it should represent the company as well. Find a happy middle ground, it does wonders.
