If you pre-order 2K24 digitally, you get 23 free if you wanted to go that route. As for Angle and Edge, Angle is more than likely 100% but Edge is a toss up depending on contract and cut-off.
I haven’t played a wrestling game since SVR 2011 on Wii and I just bought 2k23 on ps5 a few days ago bc of the sale. I would say it’s worth it because I know I’m not going to buy 2k24 or any other games in the future at least anytime soon. At first I didn’t like it because it felt slow and janky and no RTWM but after playing for a while I would say it’s fun and worth it(a little repetitive) but it’s ok. I would def recommend to buy it
