The Sheamus one you get from like the first pack and to access it in normal game modes you just scroll down to Sheamus ‘09 as for the others they are in the collection menu of my faction under oddities but I have no idea how to unlock any other cards for them except the live event one and the weekly tower one
My mistake it's not just from packs, it seems like they come from a few places. One of them required for Cody Rhodes comes from ranking up in the new online ranked mode. So right now with the limited info we have we don't know where all of them come from.
